Description

Size adjustable anal probe for dual channel muscle stimulation

The Perisphera A can be adjusted to 4 different insertion depths between 40mm and 55mm for your comfort. This anal probe has been designed especially for people with defacatory disorders, such as faecal incontinence, and for men with post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence.

Using 4 gold plated, nickel-free electrodes (2 front, 2 rear), the Perisphera A has dual channel capability which means stronger stimulation and independent control over the front and rear electrodes.

The cleverly designed spherical end has been appropriately flattened to limit interference with an enlarged prostate and the carefully positioned electrodes allow for selective treatment of the puborectalis muscle and internal anal sphincter.

All Perisphera probes are made entirely from biocompatible plastic material and manufactured to the highest quality standard with CE certification. We highly recommend this probe to men for use with the Kegel8 V For Men. It is also compatible for women using the Kegel8 Ultra 20 who may have a customised anal programme programmed by a therapist.

The Perisphera A is 11mm in diameter and 120mm in length. It comes supplied in sealed packaging with instructions for use included. You'll identify 4 connective wires attached to the probe each approx. 20cm in length; simply attach these wires to your lead wires.

Probe does not come with lead wires, you can purchase the two sets of lead wires on the pack size variant option when adding to basket.

To clean your probe, simply use mild, soapy water or our Kegel8 Klean Antibacterial Spray. Please note this probe is not suitable for sterilisation or autoclaving.

All good so far. Review by Derek

Easier to insert than the anuform, and my therapist advised me that the electrodes were more suitable for my treatment.
All good so far. (Posted on 4 February 2016)

User friendly and good quality Review by DW

I bought this probe to use with my Ultra 20 as due to a couple of pelvic floor prolapses everything has dropped! The probe looks well made; is comfortable to insert and sits comfortable inside.

The placement diagram inside the box is helpful, however I have struggled with working out the right length to set the probe between 40mm and 55mm as I don't know where my pelvic floor is. I have tried all of the depths and cautiously increased the Hz level, however each time I have experienced a stinging sensation at the probe end at a low level of Hz.. I don't want to give up on the probe simply because I can't get the depth right.

I appreciate I can contact customer services and ask these questions, however they are rather personal and so I have take the trial and error approach. I think a "beginners guide" inside the probe pack would have helped considerably and given me more confidence in its use.

It would also be helpful to know what type of sensation to expect so that I know I am getting the placement of the probe correct and therefore using it effectively.

It is hard to fully rate the probe when I don't really if I am using it properly, hence four stars. (Posted on 4 December 2016)

Noticeable difference, stimulation feels stronger and more comfortable. Review by John J
Product Rating
I prefer to use this probe with the Kegel8 V For Men, it is stronger, easier to insert, more comfortable and gives a deeper stimulation that feels more effective when compared to the slim probe (provided as standard, and the anuform, which stimulated the sphincter muscles rather the PC muscles).
Noticeable difference, stimulation feels stronger and more comfortable.
Highly recommended. (Posted on 5 May 2016)

Product Questions

Hello I am looking for an anal probe suitable for men. I would like it to work on pelvic floor. Would the BEAC Med Perisphera A Anal Probe work or is there another you would recommend. I will be using it with the Level 8 ultra.
Many thanks

Hi,
I am male and had a spinal injury 4 years ago. I had no bladder or bowel sensation after the sporting accident. I now have sensation but the muscles are extremely week and I want to build my pelvic floor muscles ASAP. I am hoping that the kegel8 product will help especially with bowel control. Can you advise me on the best product to purchase for male incontinence. The website seems to focus on female incontinence and I do not want to purchase the wrong product.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Dessie

I have poor pelvic floor muscle tone vaginally and anally following the very difficult birth of my daughter. I have purchased the Kegal 8 ultra 20 machine and would like to get an anal probe to use also. Is the Persihera-A attachment for men only? If so which would be the best one for me to use?

I have had a problem ejaculating for years, me and my partner have been try to have a baby, we was wondering if this could possibly help as we was told it was a muscle that contracts to help the sperm to ejaculate...
