What is the Kegel8 Ultra 20 Electronic Pelvic Toner and how does it work?
Based on the very latest clinical evidence, the Kegel8 Ultra 20 is the upgraded version of our best-selling pelvic toner with 20 clinically-proven programmes to prevent and treat a whole range of pelvic floor weakness problems.
The Kegel8 Ultra 20 is a revolutionary electronic muscle stimulation device with 20 clinically proven programmes to strengthen and rehabilitate your pelvic floor. The Kegel8 Ultra 20 is like a sat-nav for your pelvic floor muscles – it automatically locates the correct muscles, then stimulates and exercises them in the best way. NICE (National Institute for Health & Clinical Excellence) recommends pelvic floor exercises as a first line treatment for a weak pelvic floor, and the Kegel8 Ultra 20 has clinically proven programmes for incontinence, pelvic floor exercise, prolapse, pelvic pain and more.
Why should I use a Kegel8 Ultra 20?
The Kegel8 Ultra 20’s programmes are based on the latest clinical evidence, and are designed to prevent and treat a whole range of pelvic floor problems such as light adult incontinence, lack of intimate sensation, prolapse, pelvic pain and more.
All of these conditions are the result of a weak pelvic floor, and the Kegel8 Ultra 20 works deep within your muscles to help you get back in shape, regain control, and get strong and healthy from the inside out.
What makes Kegel8 Ultra 20 different from everything else on the market is that it comes complete with our unique Kegel8 Nickel-Free Gold Probe, making it perfect for those suffering with nickel allergies, and it can also be used with surface skin electrodes, making it ideal for those who can’t, or don’t want to, use a vaginal probe. Because it can be used with skin electrodes, the Ultra 20’s pain relief programmes make it perfect for period pain, vaginismus and tight pelvic floor muscles. What’s more, the Kegel8 Ultra 20 can be used to treat overactive bladder with electrodes on the ankle – this is known as tibial nerve stimulation.
Kegel8 Ultra 20 takes the guesswork out of which pelvic exercise device is best for you – its 20 programmes cover every kind of pelvic floor need. The clinically proven programmes cover everything from lack of intimate sensation, stress incontinence and general pelvic floor workouts to prolapse and pelvic pain so you know that when you purchase a Kegel8 Ultra 20, all your pelvic floor needs are covered.
Most of us find it really difficult to do pelvic floor exercises – it’s hard to know whether you are using the right muscles, and because results take a while to show, it’s easy to get disheartened and give up. By exercising once or twice a day for 12 weeks with the Kegel8 Ultra 20, you will be well on the way to a strong, healthy pelvic floor and all of the benefits that it brings.
The Kegel8 Ultra 20 is a Class IIa medical device that’s CE approved and clinically proven. It is easy to use in the comfort and privacy of your own home. If you suffer from a pre-existing medical condition such as incontinence or prolapse, you can purchase the Kegel8 Ultra 20 free from VAT – just fill in the short form above when you go to ‘add to basket’.

- Yes, I would recommend. Ignore your pelvic floor at your peril. Review by Molly
So I decided that I had to lose weight, and lost 3 stones, that helped with my stress incontinence no end, I now only drink 1 coffee a day (OOOOH how I love that coffee) the rest of the time I drink water. I swim because this was recommended to me by my Physiotherapist who said that I am not putting pressure on my pelvic floor. I also do squats, not with weights, but I have read that this is good too.
It was in a final last ditch attempt that I bought an Ultra - my Physiotherapist said it 'couldn't hurt'. Within 3 weeks I was feeling muscles that I hadn't felt for years and within 2 months I have a noticeable improvement in my prolapse, I was a Grade 1-2 but it is barely noticeable now and I am continuing with this, and with my other changes too, to try and reverse the prolapse. I have read that this can be done.
If anything I feel very sad that because of the embarrassment surrounding these issues that I didn't know more about it. When I see pad adverts on TV I shout at the TV because I was that woman in my late 30's wearing a pad because I thought that mild wetness was part of being a mother/woman/older. I now find out that it was my pelvic floor 'crying' out for attention and I just ignored it - to my detriment/prolapse.
So yes, I do recommend this product to my women friends and I advise them at every possible opportunity to do their kegel exercises and look after their pelvic floor - as was said to me once, it is far easier to prevent a prolapse than to repair one.

- Double Dissapointment Review by Janie
I bought for mild stress inc (sneezing, jumping etc). Used p4 as suggested but again MAs high from beginning. Cust service revommended P8 so I tried both most nights. 10 wks on I have gone frm mild inc to having 3 pad changes in 1 gym session tonight. I feel my situation has definately declined and am contimplating stopping use. Some basic exercises that previous caused no issues are now causing major leaks.
Ill persivere for now in the hopes I can update this post with more positive news.
We are unable to contact you directly because you have not given us an e mail address.
I am sorry that you felt we asked you for feedback too soon and I have noted your comments but this gives us an opportunity to help our customers if they have any queries with their Kegel8.
I will try to address the queries you raised. If your friends machine will not go above 10 this means that a) she does not have proper connectivity with the probe. Her vaginal walls/muscles need to be in contact with the probe. or b) there is a fault with the lead wire. Please ask your friend to return the machine to our freepost address so that we can look at it and see if it is a lead fault, if she feels she will not be able to use it and benefit from it then we are more than happy to giver her/you a refund.
Equally I am disappointed that you feel you have not benefited from your machine either, would you like to speak to one of our customer care team who will be able to help you get the best out of your machine? IT might be that you are some sort of medication that could be causing this problem, or there might be something we can do to suggest something that will help you get better results. I notice that you say you have used both programmes in one evening. Please only use one programme at a time, and leave at least 8 - 12 hours in between exercise sessions. The muscles of the pelvic floor can tire very easily and this could be the reason you feel weak. I appreciate that you will be desperate for results - most women are, but results can be slow, and regular exercise in the key.
Please do e mail me so that we can help you get the best out of your Kegel8, it might be that a different probe may be more effective for you in this instance, but you have not left us your e mail address so we are unable to contact you direct.
