How do I subscribe to the Kegel8 Newsletter?

It only takes a second!

To subscribe, simply enter your email address into the box at the bottom of the navigation bar to the left and click join (or press return on your keyboard) You will then receive an email to confirm that the address you entered is valid. The email includes a link that you need to click in order to verify that you wish to be added to our Newsletter subscription list. This security means that someones email address can't be entered for malicious purposes.

Once you have clicked the link a confirmation page will open in explorer informing you that you are now subscribed.

What if I want to unsubscribe?

There are 2 ways to unsubscribe. Firstly at the bottom of each newsletter there is an unsubscribe link. If you click on that you will be removed from our mailing list and we will not contact you again unless you re-subscribe.

The second option is to email us using the email address that you subscribed with and simply ask to be removed. We do not send spam or sell our subscription lists to anyone. Your privacy is our priority.
