I held off writing this review because I so didn't believe my anal incontinence had improved so dramatically and so quickly, I kept waiting for the problem to return. After only a week I was no longer soiling myself or needing to wipe myself obsessively (which I would do every day, even after a shower). I suffered with anal incontinence after the difficult birth of my second child. This probe works well wih my kegel 8. It is a neat shape, easy to insert and keep clean. I would recommend it to anyone else in a similar position.

This probe is good quality, I find it good for exercising my sphincter muscles. I have latterly used the longer anal probe to help improve the strength of my erections since prostate surgery and find that slightly better from a male perspective.
