After 5 pregnancies and 5 badly photocopied leaflets each hastily handed out by the midwife upon leaving the hospital I knew I had a pelvic floor, I knew I had to exercise it and I even knew how to contract it but I also knew that I would never do those exercises.

There would be no time and there wasn't, there would be no guidance or help and there wasn't and mostly there would be no incentive and there wasn't.

Until the day when after purchasing an exercise video I realised that I would not be able to complete the 20min session without incontinence pads.
This was an indignity too many. I might never get rid of those stretch marks but I was damned if I would not get my pelvic floor back!

After a lot of research I bought the Kegel8 Ultra and I can say that not only has it been the most life changing purchase I have ever made but it has also been the easiest and most efficient exercise routine I have ever experienced.

I bought this product due to suffering from a prolapse. Having had previous surgery for this problem and it re occuring I wanted to avoid having more surgery. I'm 49, a mother, and I am amazed that after using the Kegel8 Ultra for only two weeks my stress incontinence is very much improved.........why was I not recommended this a few years ago when I went for physiotherapy and was given only hand out sheets??

I am 50 years old and did Kegel excercises for years until they suddenly didn't work anymore, and I wasn't sure that I was doing them correctly.

As soon as I started the Kegel8 programmes my slight incontinence improved and I felt more comfortable, I am very pleased that there is a programme for pain. Also I had a low energy patch and rather than stop the kegel8 excercises which would have been a shame, I used the device on a much lower setting and discovered that I could still have a gentle positive session.

I like the range of excercises on the kegel8 and I feel liberated from having to do 'manual' kegels which took a lot of effort and didn't target the correct muscles. Thank you kegel8. Also thanks for the battery and gel which were included.

I am 72 years old and have a stage 2 prolapse. The prolapse had become so uncomfortable and in fact I was finding it miserable to even walk around the town or to do housework. A friend recommended the Kegel 8 to me and upon speaking to yourselves I purchased the Kegel 8 Ultra. I have used the Kegel 8 for nearly 8 weeks everyday starting with the M.A's at 28 and now at 37. I cannot believe the difference this has made to my life I have just been abroad for a long holiday and have been able to walk and dance everyday. I would fully recommend anyone who is suffering from this horrible feeling of bulging around the vagina to use the Kegel 8 Ultra. It takes just 20 minutes a day to improve life so considerably. I will continue for a further 4 weeks everyday and then every other day for a while eventually just for a couple of times a week thereon. After having two difficult deliverys (with the largest baby entering the world with his arm over his head just to make it that bit harder) I had constant problems including frequency and uti's I also ended up having a hysterectomy at 30, after years of gynea probs I hoped that would be the end of it but lo and behold my bladder probs returned along with a dragging feeling, I became severely depressed when my dr informed me I now had a prolapse, I really didnt want another surgery especially as my dr said one prolapse surgery usually leads to more so its best to wait as long as possible, Out of desperation I ordered the Kegel ultra thinking it wouldnt work but to my surprise its been fantastic I felt a difference after two weeks (so did my husband) the dragging feeling has practically gone and I now only notice it if I am coughing or sneezing a lot with a cold, I have avoided surgery at least for the time being, This product is a life saver I would recomend it to everyone, I have found it truly life changing.
