it did take some time, it was about 4 weeks on consistent exercising that I really started to notice a difference and i found that the proper exercises felt totally different to anything else I had ever done. i have stopped leaking and i dont have to get up in the middle of the night any more which was really affecting my sleep. i chose these because I wanted to exercise myself not use a passive form such as the machines. I also looked at aquaflex, but i read reviews that the cords broke and one woman ended up in accident and emergency after she was unable to get them out. these are easy to insert and remove and I sterilise them too. Well I thought these would be easy, but with the indicator thing dangling down it only reaffirmed my suspicion that I really wasn't doing my exercises properly and my bits were more like a wizards' sleeve than a mouse's ear! So started my journey of exercising, the occasional one dropped out when I stopped thinking about it and gripping it properly, but all in all I developed a routine that involves exercising, listening to the Radio on, cleaning my teeth and doing my face. It takes 12 minutes and I have this down to a fine-art!
It's a bit boring - but then heck what exercising isn't (I'm no gym bunny!) and that's the downside, but the upside, is that orgasms have become easier. Am I being selfish by wanting bigger and better orgasms - maybe so, but I am much tighter, and I can even do 10 minutes on kiddie's trampoline - without the embarrassment of a wet patch! So for me this is a real winner.
Husband likes me to practice my exercises WITHOUT the cones…………on him, if you see what I mean. Crikey he's fallen in love with me all over again. Best £25 I've ever spent. Oh and why not 5 stars - we'll when I first got them I fast-tracked to the heaviest weight - it fell out onto my toe and it's still black…….not a good sight for summer sandals!
