I have just come back-on here to buy a refill of the ke gel. I have used the kegal 8 for about 10 weeks now. Results were slower than I had expected at first, but now everytime I use it i feel that i am getting stronger. i don't wear pads anymore and it has spurred me onto to lose weight - 7 lb so far. I feel better about myself and i can now exercise without leaking, something i couldnt do before. Its brill!
