Our first daughter was born by forceps delivery, and to be honest, I was left with a lopsided 'undercarriage' which never returned to it's former self. Although I've not suffered from stress incontinence, I did notice that I was not as 'sensitive' as I was before. I would thoroughly recommend the kegal8 ulta plus to every woman - mother or not! There's no squeezing and counting - it does it all for you! If you have young children and work full time, have no time for you or exercise, 45 mins kegal8 on the sofa is great! Especially since you can have a well deserved glass of wine at the same time...
