The Kegel8 Slim Pelvic Toner Probe is designed for use by both men and women - Can be used as a vaginal probe and and anal probe
The ultra-slim probe is designed with a tapered tip for easy insertion, and the ring electrodes stimulate deep within the muscles for a smooth and effective workout. The probe also features an adjustable base ring so you can easily control the depth of insertion - ideal for targeting different parts of the pelvic floor depending on your medical condition.
For Women: The Kegel8 Slim Pelvic Toner probe is designed for anal use but can also be used vaginally for women who prefer a slimmer probe and for those suffering vaginal atrophy. When used anally, the Kegel8 Slim Probe is an effective way to target both the rear part of the pelvic floor if you suffer from rectocele (rectal prolapse) and also the anal sphincter muscles which helps to treat bowel incontinence and excessive flatulence.
For Men: The Kegel8 Slim Pelvic Toner probe is a great anal probe for use by men. The tapered tip makes insertion easy, and the adjustable hilt means that you can target more deeply, which helps with problems with erections, rectocele (rectal prolapse) and muscle weakness, or you can target the anal sphincter muscles which helps with bowel incontinence and excessive flatulence.
This probe connects to your Kegel8 Electronic Pelvic Toner device via a lead wire. Probe does not come with lead wire, you can purchase the lead wire on the pack size variant option below

- Slim vaginal prob Review by Ironside13
After having had a hysterectomy in 2007 and radiotherapy i developed atrophy of my vagina. Then along comes urgency incontinence, Although I was only 60 then, i felt really, really old when i started to have to wear Panty liners.
I have only just started the treatment with the Kegel8 and feel I did the correct thing in starting off with the slimmer prob, the first three times I used it, it was a little painful to insert, but I am glad to report the pain has now stopped on insertion. I think I still need more confidence to use the larger probe, which I am sure will come the more I use the Kegel8. Thank you. (Posted on 28 February 2013)
- Anal probe Review by KM1050
However the adjustment ring could do with redesigning as it does not lock in place very well, I have had to wrap an elastic band around the bottom of it to keep it in place!
Dear KM1050, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry it doesn't seem to be 'locking' in place. Please e mail us and we will send you another one.

- No Instructions Review by Lucy
Any way I did use it, came with no instructions, have no idea what the ring is about.
I could only get up to 10 because every time I wanted to go higher it felt as I was being stung by a bee!
Kegel8 Reply: Dear Lucy, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not getting on well with your slim probe. - Excellent for my needs Review by Beth
- concerned how far up to insert the probe Review by aurora
im just concerned about how far up the probe goes into the anus.
im frightened of damaging the sphincter muscle.
should about 1 " be left out only and the rest should be inserted?
how far in should the lower silver band be inside you to clear the sphincter muscle ? about half inch? and if its not in enough will it cause damage?
also ive found alittle lubrication gel really helps with insertion.
You have not left us an e mail address so I am afraid I cannot answer you directly, but I will post here and hope you come back to review it. The silver metal part of the probe, the electrode needs to be against the muscle, so make sure this is inserted to a comfortable limit, but not so that it is outside the anus.
Can I also add that you can stimulate the back part of the pelvic floor muscles vaginally using this probe - http://www.kegel8.co.uk/perisize-nickel-free-vaginal-probe.html it uses both channels of the machine and is incredibly effective, it adds another dimension and is very effective.
I hope this helps

- Good at first but quality problems show up later Review by Petros
I purchased a kegel8 vitality about 6 months ago as i had a prolapse and have had amazing results .
I also have a rectocele which doesn't seem to be healing.ive just purchased this anal probe and am eagerly waiting delivery.
I'm just unsure about how to use it ie can I use it at the same time as my pelvic floor being toned or do I need to do things separately ? Also which is the best setting to use and should I alternate settings for a better workout.
You can stimulate the back part of your pelvic floor by using a vaginal probe (although you said you have an anal probe) the perisize is perfect for this. It is very strong, an intense work out and directed towards the back of the pelvic floor.
Please also read the information here http://www.kegel8.co.uk/blog/2013/10/14/what-else-can-i-do-to-help-my-pelvic-floor/ you need to combat constipation if you suffer, and take the strain off your rectocele if at all possible.I am sure the pointers here will help you.
If you want to use the anal probe, you will need an anal programme on that machine - http://www.kegel8.co.uk/blog/2010/10/04/how-to-programme-your-kegel8/ quite easy, but if you need help we are happy to do this for you. Please keep us posted with your progress.
Kind regards Emma@Kegel8
Thank you for your question.
The hilt part of this probe does actually lock in place - turn it clockwise to move it up and down to the correct depth required, then a simple twist anticlockwise will lock it into position.
Yes it is used as an anal probe, insertion should be to a depth so that the metal parts (electrodes) are inside the body and past the sphincter muscles.
Yes this probe will help you to strengthen the back part of the pelvic floor, this is where the majority of the muscles of the pelvic floor are located so it is a key area.
Also too, maybe you might like to look at a Squatty Potty http://www.stressnomore.co.uk/shopby/squattypotty.html it will help you to take the strain off your pelvic floor when you poo.
Hope this helps, stephanie@kegel8
How far for both does it need to be inserted, and can you suggest custom settings to achieve pleasure.
Thank you for your enquiry.
As the Kegel units are a medical device to help improve health related problems caused by a weak pelvic floor, unfortunately we would be unable to advise on using the device for pleasure purposes.
Programs should only be created by trained professionals who can tailor the program to the users individual needs. For safety reasons we would not recommend anyone who is not trained in the area of EMS stimulation to attempt to create programs on these types of devices.
If you are using the Kegel V for Men, this unit already has pre-set programs set to the unit to help improve erections. When inserting the probe we would recommend you insert about 2 inches to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.
If you would like any advice on the best programs to use, please dont hesitate to contact our customer services team who are always happy to help.
Can anyone suggest a custom setting?
How far should I insert the probe?
How do I know if the probe is inserted far enough?
This probe is a fantastic anal probe but is also recommended for women who need to use a slim probe vaginally which can be for a number of reasons. I am afraid I am a little unsure as to the information you are looking for... do you want to know how the probe works or how electronic stimulation works... or just how Kegel8 works.
If you can give us a call on the advice line (01482 496 932) we can give you all the information you need and more importantly we can give you advise based on your personal situation. Thank you for your message.
The Slim Pelvic Toner Probe is ideal for use anally to go alongside your Kegel8 Ultra - it is slim enough so that it is comfortable to insert and remove and comfortable to use. Have you purchased your Kegel8 device yet? If not I would recommend that you opt for the Kegel8 Ultra 20 pelvic toner, this has programmes for prolapse, and can be used with a vaginal probe to treat rear prolapse - if you need any more advice please don't hesitate to get in touch.
