The Kegel8 Ultra pelvic toner has been our best-selling product week after week at Kegel8, and it has helped thousands of women around the world to banish leaks, manage prolapse, improve a lacklustre love life and simply get strong and healthy from the inside out.

We’ve listened to your feedback, and the Kegel8 Ultra has just got even better with the launch of the Kegel8 Ultra 20 – read on to learn more.

Kegel8 Ultra 20 – Everything your pelvic floor needs in one unit!

Kegel8 Ultra 20 Electronic Pelvic Toner

We’ve listened to your feedback, and the new Kegel8 Ultra 20 has even more outstanding features to help you get your pelvic floor strong and healthy. Kegel8 Ultra 20 has been designed with 20 clinically proven programmes to be an amazing all-in-one pelvic floor solution.

We listened to you when you said that our instructions sometimes weren’t very clear – we have re-written our instructions so that they are easy to follow and explain everything in a clear, step-by-step way.

What’s more, because lots of our Kegel8 ladies suffer from nickel allergies, we’ve now included our Kegel8 Nickel-Free Vaginal Probe as standard with all of our Kegel8 Ultra 20 units. And for ladies who don’t want to use a probe, or can’t use a probe, Kegel8 Ultra 20 features programmes that are suitable for use with skin electrodes placed on the buttocks or stomach, meaning you can get a great workout without using a probe.

How Can Kegel8 Ultra 20 Help Me With…?

Kegel8 Ultra 20 has 5 brand new programmes that are clinically proven to help you to treat incontinence. What’s even better is that some of the programmes can be used with skin electrodes placed on the buttocks or stomach for ladies who can’t, or don’t want to, use a probe.

Overactive Bladder

Kegel8 Ultra 20 has a revolutionary way of treating overactive bladder – via tibial nerve stimulation. Kegel8 Ultra 20 can be used on the overactive bladder programme with a probe and electrodes placed on the ankle (yes – that’s right, the ankle!) to stimulate the tibial nerve and treat overactive bladder in the most effective way.

Kegel8 Ultra 20 can help you to manage the symptoms of prolapse. There are two programmes for prolapse, and the instructions will guide you through which one to use, depending on the severity of your prolapse. By exercising your pelvic floor you can prevent your prolapse from getting worse and manage the uncomfortable every day symptoms of prolapse.

Intimate Sensation

Lack of intimate sensation is one of the most common problems that our Kegel8 ladies call us about. Kegel8 Ultra 20 has 3 programmes especially designed for intimate health reasons. There are programmes to improve sensation, improve sensitivity and one to improve endurance (that’s how long you can squeeze your muscles for during sex).

Kegel8 Ultra 20 has 3 revolutionary programmes to help you to treat pelvic pain, including a fantastic TENS programme that can be used with skin electrodes which is perfect for ladies suffering vulvodynia, period pain, tight pelvic muscles and more.

Pelvic Floor Exercise

If you already have a strong pelvic floor and no specific concerns, then Kegel8 Ultra 20’s fantastic overall pelvic floor workouts are perfect for you, and a great way to maintain your strong muscles and get even stronger and healthier from the inside out. There are 3 levels of pelvic floor exercise, meaning that even if your muscles are already strong, there’s always another level you can go to.

I leave in Canada and iIam wondering where I can buy a kegel8 machine.

    Thank you

  • Emma

Hi Lena - Thank you for your email. Our products are not currently available in Canada. However, we do deliver world wide. I hope this helps.

Can I use the probe whilst standing or sitting? I have another system and you have to use it lying down which I find quite difficult to make time for.
    Many thanks

Hello Daisy. Yes, you can use the probes while sitting or standing. When standing you are making your muscles hold the probe in, so if you still have a weak pelvic floor, you may need to strengthen the muscles more before you can use it standing up. Lying down, sitting or standing, choose whichever position is most comfortable to you.

I am still unsure of how far to insert the probe, I know the white probe must be completely in, but is it ok fir the plastic covered wire to be in the vagina?

  • Carol

Am I correct in thinking that the probe should be inserted only to start of wires ( no wire inside the vagina) ?

  • Rebecca

    Hi Carol,

    Thank you for your question.

If it is the Glide Probe that you are using than this should sit very low down about 2 inches inside the vagina. The two electrodes should be inside the vaginal canal and not touching any of the outer skin. The wires to the probe should sit just outside the opening of the vaginal canal.

I hope this helps but if you need anything else please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team on 01482 496 932

    Kind regards,

  • Dawn

Can I ask a different question regarding the glide probe - should it be inserted with the curve facing to the back or front of the body?
I also find that as I use the probe it tends to slip and move deeper inside - I am not sure how to sort that out? At the moment I keep turning the machine down and re-positioning the probe.
    Many thanks

Thank you for your question. The Glide needs to be inserted with the scoop facing down, the hollow part facing upwards and the gold strips facing outwards towards the hips. It is designed to be used in a sitting position; if you aren't using it this way then the probe may move. You may find our wedge cushion useful to help you use the probe most effectively - http://www.kegel8.co.uk/natural-health-supports-8-degree-wedge-cushion-11208.html Hope this helps!
