Kegel exercise consists of repeatedly squeezing and lifting the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor, now sometimes referred to as the 'Kegel muscles' or 'Kegel muscle'.

Several pelvic exercise machines exist to help with these exercises. Kegel exercises are usually done to reduce urinary incontinence, reduce urinary incontinence after childbirth, prevent pelvic organ prolapse, improve intimate sensation and reduce premature ejaculation in men.

Most women and men know how to do pelvic floor exercises however if your pelvic floor is particularly weak, electronic machines such as the Kegel8 Ultra Pelvic Toner can be used to stimulate the muscle to contract and help to make it stronger.
