I particularly liked the clear explanation and application form for recovering the vat paid, enclosed with the product, and I will be using this. Up to that point I had not appreciated that I would qualify for this and £18+ is an appreciable amount. The product instructions were a little more difficult to grasp but the offer of help at the end of the telephone, if required, gave me confidence in the product and the company. It is too early to say yet whether the product will be successful for me, but I would have no hesitation in recommending the company with regard to speed and quality of service.25/02/2013

After having my first child, my pelvic floor muscles were feeling loose and I was also having issues with urine incontinence often. Desperate for a solution to solve the problem and bring confidence back into my life, I did some research online and came across the Kegel 8 pelvic floor exerciser. Even though I live in the United States I was very pleased by the customer reviews and thought I would give Kegel 8 a try. I purchased the Kegel 8 Ultra Vitality. I have been using the exerciser for 3 days now and I am very very impressed with the results. I am starting with the Endurance program and have already worked up to an mA of 26. So far I have gained more sensation in my vagina because after having my baby I had loss sensation and things definitely feel "tighter" already and I am feeling much more confident in self esteem after each use. Ordering on the website was straigjt forward. It couldn't have been easier. I was able to track the journey of the item, enablling me to realise I would not be in when it arrived and make arrangements for it to be received. Excellent customer support. I had an unusual problem with my unit and the solution was excellent, fair and quick. The product is incredible and has reduced my long standing cystocele from an very uncomfortable stage to a much improved stage so I can live my life without obsessing on my prolapse. I am much older and the fact that I could improve is amazing. After suffering from incontinence, a friend recommend the Kegel and said how it works wonders for her. I researched it on the web and contacted customer services. I spoke to a very helpful lady and she gave me good advice on which one to get (Kegel 8 Ultra) I received it the following day and have been using it for a week now - I can honestly say that I can feel the benefits already - even my hubby's noticed the difference. The only thing, is that I found the instructions on the leaflet a bit hard to understand at first, but once you try it you would realise that it's life changing. 26/05/2012
