Shipping policy

*Subject to the order being placed before 3:45pm the previous, eligible day. Some costs may vary.

When it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep an eye on your order. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery

Next Working Day Guaranteed and Saturday Delivery

If you place an order before 3:45PM (Monday to Friday) and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery, we guarantee that your order will arrive on the next day.

If you want your order to arrive on Saturday, you must place your order before 3:45PM on a Friday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on the next day, contact us and we'll issue you with a full postage refund. However, please bear in mind that if you order after 3:45PM on a Friday and choose next day delivery, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) For EU & Ireland Customers

If you live in the EU or Ireland and are worried that you may face VAT & import charges on your order, don’t panic! Kegel8 has changed carriers specifically so that they can pay any & all additional fees upfront.

International (Non EU) Deliveries

Please Note: Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you and we have no control over them. We put no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel, however, if customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized. Unfortunately in this case the cost of your order cannot be refunded.

Here at Kegel8 we understand that your privacy is extremely important.

This is why we use durable and discreet packaging. If your purchase is flat and light it will be bagged but most products are packed in boxes to give them the protection they deserve. We take extra special care when packing to preserve your privacy and conceal the contents of your purchase. The only thing that will appear on the label will be your address.
