"Every Woman Should Have One of These" Prolapse & Bladder weakness is a thing of the past now, says Magda.
Kegel exercises are as important as any other form of exercise when looking to improve and maintain a healthy body. They help especially to strengthen the pelvic floor and reduce the likelihood of bladder leakage. Yet only 38% of women who suffer from urinary incontinence admit to exercising their pelvic floor.
Magda Pegowska, a health and fitness YouTuber, suffered from light incontinence following childbirth but didn’t see any problem with it – until the issue worsened over time and developed into a prolapse. But, Magda was determined to take control of her bladder health. This is her story…

A few months ago, whilst having a smear test at the doctor's office I learnt that I had a prolapse. I had been having some symptoms for more than 6 months at the time, but never realised weak pelvic floor muscles were to blame.
The doctor told me that she wasn't sure Kegel exercises would help.
Finding a Solution
I was referred to see the gynaecologist in 2 months and decided I had to do something in the meantime. I came across Kegel8 website and ordered Kegel8 Ultra 20.
I was using it religiously every day for a month as advised by the customer service. Then twice a day for couple of weeks.
Reaping the Benefits
After one week the terrible pain in my lower back disappeared.
After 3 weeks other prolapse symptoms stopped.
After 1 month I felt like my prolapse reversed which was confirmed by gynaecologist and at the physio I attended later on - I was told that my pelvic floor muscles were very strong!
Currently I use it few times a week for maintenance. Now I know we need to look after our pelvic floor muscles! I honestly can't recommend Kegel8 enough!
Every woman should have this device at home!
