Pelvic Health · Light Therapy · Intimate Wellness
39 precisely positioned lights. Dual wavelength red and blue light therapy. Gentle vibration. Full-length coverage — including the upper vault. More lights than any comparable device, at home, in ten minutes.
Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — and the pelvic floor changes that accompany it — affects millions of women, yet is still widely under-discussed and under-treated. Reduced tissue tone, collagen loss, vaginal discomfort, bladder leaks, loss of sensation and microbiome disruption are not inevitable, and they are not something you simply have to accept. Vivify™ brings together three evidence-informed technologies in one carefully engineered device, designed to support pelvic tissue health, collagen production, vaginal comfort and muscle function — gently, privately, and without medication.
- —39 lights — more than any comparable device — 23 red laser lights and 16 blue lights, evenly distributed for complete dual-wavelength coverage
- —650nm red laser therapy — supports collagen production, microcirculation and vaginal tissue health at cellular level
- —477nm blue light therapy — antimicrobial support for vaginal pH balance, microbiome health and everyday freshness
- —Tip lights reaching the upper vault — light therapy coverage where atrophic changes and dryness are most pronounced, and most devices cannot reach
- —Fully rechargeable — consistent light output every session, not just the first; no batteries, no degrading performance

Three technologies. One session. Ten minutes.
Vivify™ combines red light therapy, blue light therapy and gentle vibration — three distinct, evidence-informed approaches to pelvic health that work together rather than separately. Each has its own mechanism. Each addresses a different layer of pelvic wellbeing.
Red Light Therapy — 23 laser lights at 650nm
Collagen, circulation and genitourinary tissue health
650nm red light therapy — also known as photobiomodulation — is one of the most researched areas of non-invasive tissue support. At this wavelength, light energy is absorbed by mitochondria within cells, stimulating the production of ATP (cellular energy) and supporting the body's own collagen regeneration and repair processes.[1]
Collagen loss is the primary driver of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — the thinning, loss of elasticity and reduced comfort that affects vaginal and pelvic tissue as oestrogen declines. A 2024 clinical study presented at the International Continence Society congress found that LED light therapy using wavelengths closely aligned with Vivify's red and blue lights significantly increased collagen density and fibroblast count in postmenopausal women with genital atrophy, with subjective symptoms improving significantly after just four weeks.[4]
Within Vivify™, 23 red laser lights are evenly distributed along the full length of the device — providing consistent photobiomodulation coverage across the vaginal wall with no cold spots. Tip lights angled toward the upper vault extend this coverage to where atrophic changes are often most pronounced.
Blue Light Therapy — 16 lights at 477nm
Vaginal microbiome, pH balance and antimicrobial support
Blue light therapy at 477nm works through a fundamentally different mechanism to red light — and addresses a dimension of vaginal health that most pelvic devices overlook entirely. At this wavelength, blue light has well-documented antimicrobial properties, disrupting the cell membranes of odour-causing and imbalance-causing bacteria without the use of antibiotics or topical agents.[2]
This is particularly relevant in the context of GSM, where declining oestrogen causes vaginal pH to rise — disrupting the delicate microbiome balance and increasing susceptibility to bacterial imbalance, discomfort and odour. The ICS 2024 clinical study found that mixed LED therapy including blue light wavelengths significantly improved subjective symptoms of genital atrophy and sexual function in postmenopausal women.[4]
Vivify™'s 16 blue lights are the feature that most clearly sets it apart from comparable devices — providing antimicrobial support, helping to maintain a balanced vulvovaginal pH, and supporting a clean, comfortable intimate environment alongside every red light session.
Gentle Vibration — 7200 RPM
Circulation, muscle engagement and intimate wellbeing
Vivify™'s vibration function operates at 7200 RPM, delivering gentle, low-level stimulation that supports blood flow and circulation to the pelvic region, helps activate and engage pelvic floor muscles, and increases sensory awareness in an area that can lose sensitivity through age, hormonal change or reduced pelvic floor function.
Published research has found that vibrator use is associated with improvements in sexual function, genitourinary health and mental wellbeing in women.[3] For women who find traditional pelvic floor exercises difficult or hard to sustain, the vibration function offers a gentle, accessible way to support muscle engagement alongside the light therapy session.
Why Vivify™ is built differently
The number of lights matters — but so does where they are placed, how evenly they are distributed, and how consistently they perform session after session.
Coverage
39 lights — more than any comparable device
23 red laser lights and 16 blue lights are evenly positioned along the full length of the device, ensuring consistent dual-wavelength coverage across the entire vaginal canal. More lights means more complete coverage — and more complete coverage means a more effective session.
Upper vault coverage
Tip lights angled toward the upper vault
Vivify™ features additional lights at the tip of the device, angled to direct light therapy toward the upper vaginal vault — an area where atrophic changes, dryness and tissue thinning are particularly common during and after menopause, and an area that most comparable devices simply do not reach.
Consistent performance
Fully rechargeable — consistent output every session
Vivify™ is USB rechargeable — no batteries required. This matters clinically: photobiomodulation effectiveness depends on consistent light output, and battery-powered devices deliver progressively less energy as charge depletes. With Vivify™, every session delivers the same output as the first.
Flexibility
Three modes — use separately or together
Red light, blue light and vibration can each be used independently or in combination, giving you full control over your session. Use all three for a complete session, or select individual functions to suit your needs on any given day.
Simplicity
10-minute automatic timer
Vivify™ features a built-in 10-minute automatic timer that alerts you when your session is complete — no need to watch the clock. Recommended use is 2–3 sessions per week.
Who Vivify™ is designed for
Vivify™ is designed for women experiencing pelvic floor changes at any stage of life — and for those who want to support their pelvic health proactively before symptoms progress.
- —Perimenopause and menopause — supporting vaginal tissue health, comfort and pH balance as oestrogen levels change
- —Postnatal pelvic floor recovery — gentle, non-invasive support for tissue health and muscle engagement after childbirth
- —Genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — clinical LED therapy evidence supports collagen regeneration, reduced genital atrophy and improved sexual function in postmenopausal women
- —Pelvic floor weakness and bladder leaks — supporting muscle tone and engagement alongside a pelvic floor exercise programme
- —Vaginal microbiome imbalance — blue light antimicrobial support for pH balance and freshness
- —Reduced sensation or intimacy concerns — vibration therapy associated with improvements in sexual function and genitourinary wellbeing
- —Long-term pelvic health maintenance — regular sessions to support tissue health, comfort and confidence over time
A note on pelvic floor exercises
Vivify™ is designed to complement — not replace — a pelvic floor exercise programme. For women experiencing bladder leaks, prolapse symptoms or significant pelvic floor weakness, we recommend combining Vivify™ with a structured Kegel exercise programme or a Kegel8 electronic pelvic floor toner for the most complete approach to pelvic health.
How to use Vivify™
Charge before first use
Connect Vivify™ to a USB power source and charge fully before your first session. The indicator light will confirm when charging is complete.
Power on
Press and hold the power button until the indicator light appears.
Select your light mode
Press the light button to choose red light only, blue light only, or combined red and blue light. For a complete session, we recommend the combined setting.
Add vibration if desired
Press the vibration button to activate and cycle through intensity settings. Vibration can be used alongside light therapy or independently.

How is Vivify™ different from other red light pelvic devices?
Vivify™ features 39 lights in total — 23 red laser lights at 650nm and 16 blue lights at 477nm — more than any comparable device. The addition of blue light therapy is what most significantly sets Vivify™ apart: it provides antimicrobial support and helps maintain vaginal pH balance, addressing the health of the vaginal environment as well as the tissue itself. Tip lights angled toward the upper vault extend coverage to an area most devices cannot reach.
What does the blue light actually do?
At 477nm, blue light has well-documented antimicrobial properties — it disrupts the membranes of odour-causing and imbalance-causing bacteria at the surface, without the use of antibiotics or topical agents. This is particularly relevant during and after menopause, when rising vaginal pH disrupts the microbiome balance. Blue light helps support a healthy, balanced intimate environment alongside the tissue-level benefits of red light therapy.
Can I use Vivify™ alongside a Kegel8 electronic pelvic floor toner?
Yes — and we actively recommend it for women experiencing pelvic floor weakness, bladder leaks or prolapse symptoms. Vivify™ supports tissue health, vaginal comfort and the vaginal environment; a Kegel8 electronic toner delivers targeted neuromuscular stimulation to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles directly. Together they offer a more complete approach than either device alone.
Is red light therapy safe for vaginal use?
Photobiomodulation (red light therapy) has an extensive body of clinical literature supporting its safety for tissue use. The 650nm wavelength used in Vivify™ is within the range most widely studied and used in clinical and consumer settings. As with any pelvic health device, if you are pregnant, have an active infection, or are undergoing treatment for a gynaecological condition, please consult your GP before use.
How long before I notice a difference?
Most users notice improvements in comfort, dryness and sensation within 4–6 weeks of consistent use (2–3 sessions per week). For tissue tone, collagen support and pelvic floor benefits, a 12-week programme gives the most meaningful results. Consistency across sessions matters more than frequency within a single week.
Do I need to use all three functions every session?
No — red light, blue light and vibration can each be used independently or in any combination. For a complete session addressing tissue health, vaginal environment and muscle engagement, we recommend using all three together. But each function has standalone value and can be used on its own depending on your priorities that day.
More lights. Wider coverage. Complete pelvic support.
Vivify™ is built for women who want evidence-informed pelvic health support — at home, in ten minutes, with the most comprehensively specified light therapy device in its category. Backed by the clinical expertise of Kegel8.
