Description

EVB Sport womens sports shorts are designed with your pelvic floor muscles in mind

It is common for women with pelvic floor disorders to feel uncomfortable doing exercise because of their symptoms. High impact exercise can be particularly troublesome as when you do things like running there is 7 times more strain on your pelvic floor than while walking! At Kegel8 we want you to be able to stay healthy and happy whatever happens, which is why we were delighted to discover EVB Sport!

The founder of EVB, Yvonne, is a keen runner and mum of three who suffered badly from pelvic floor symptoms. After having her third child she was horrified to discover that going for long training runs caused her to wet herself! If you're reading this now then unfortunately this may be a familiar scenario to you. Yvonne wanted to help her fellow women so she used her engineering qualifications to develop a range of sportswear specially for the pelvic floor.

No more bulky support underwear! With EVB you can both look and feel great while exercising

I would highly recommend to any women post partum
Review by Melbourne Mum posted on 12 January 2017
Since having my son I have worn a few variety of supportive/recovery shorts when exercising but the EVB shorts by far gave me the most support. I definitely noticed support, especially around the SIJ and lower abdominals where my c-section scar is. I felt it provided a type of feedback encouraging me to engage my core. Initially they felt a bit strange when i first put them on but once I started walking I quickly got used to them and the support felt really good. Currently I use them just for general walking. I haven't returned to high intensity exercise since having my baby.
I would highly recommend to any women post partum or women needing the extra support during exercise.

Feel firmer in the perineum
Review by Aussie Physio posted on 12 January 2017
EVB shorts offer superior support in the perineum compared to other compression shorts on the market. They are wonderfully comfortable, allowing any exercise level from high impact sport to house-hold chores with great support.
I wore them for household chores and walking, small amount of running and can say they are comfortable and effective.
I have SRC shorts from postnatal time and I prefer these only because they cover the whole tummy, not just to the umbilicus. This might be better for DRAM control. But EVB feel a bit firmer in the perineum.

Amazing support, THANK YOU!
Review by Shel 2nd degree prolapse after 3 children but determined to avoid surgery.. posted on 10 March 2017
Amazing support that makes exercise comfortable at last. I was even considering a labia reduction I was that desperate about how 'hanging' I had become.
All neat and safe, feels comfortable and I have been able to exercise more because I am more comfortable and the chaffing has been all but prevented.
I like these so much there have been days when I wear them for day use!

Product Questions

I'm recently suffering from lack of sensation during intimacy with my partner. We have a lot of stresses going on in our life at the moment but I've started taking extra measures re-introducing my kegel 8 toner back into my life so that I can hopefully assist these problems further. I've also recently taken up pole fitness and wondered if this has had an impact on my pelvic floor as it's a sport that really works the abdominal muscles hard. Would these shorts benefit me, as they're quite an expensive investment!
