I end up having serious abdominal separation (DRAM) after delivery. It was a 6.5cm separation and I was advised to have at least 10 sections of treatment from 6 weeks postpartum ( it is most likely to not get back to normal shape without proper treatments ).
I purchased this short, size M. I’ve been wearing it since week 3. It is now 5 weeks post delivery and already reduced in size. This short is amazing and I’m gonna purchase size S.

Very supportive and easy to use post c-section. Prefer this to the mini as the band is softer and much easier to pull up post c section. Can already see results 3 weeks pp. Highly recommend.

Got these on day 3 post-Caesar (with some difficulty because they’re so tight) but once on, they’re very comfy even when in bed. Could be a challenge getting them on and off but I guess they have to be tight to work! Cant comment on their longer term benefit:

Really happy with these SRC Recovery Shorts after my C-section. They provided great support around my abdomen and made moving around much more comfortable during recovery.
The compression is supportive without being too tight, and they feel high quality and comfortable to wear. They stayed in place and didn’t bother my scar.
Definitely recommend for mums looking for extra support after a C-section.
I’ve got the c-section recovery shorts after the c-section surgery. The shorts have been great support to my core area and fantastic aid in the recovery time, and my back has been really well supported and if feels like a big hug in the abdomen region and helped a lot during those difficult moving around time. Highly recommended product!
The shorts fit really well, feel like really great quality. Really easy way to know I am supporting my healing body. And they even have pockets!
These were so good for my ab separation, and it’s great that this model has pockets! These were my second pair of the c-section style, after needing to size down after a few months.
It helps but thought it would keep my lower tummy flatter. I should have bought my size, not one up.

Side pockets really helpful for cell phone and I wear this at home and going out. Started wearing this few days after vaginal birth and felt I’ve had somewhat less bleeding. I followed its sizing chart for my fit but felt it could be even more supportive? Compression feels quite light overall and not much at all at the crotch, and I worry I’ll size out of it quickly.

This was my third csection and I’m almost sad it’s my last. I finally fount the garment to really help me recover! These are great! For reference I’m 5’2” and 125# prepregnancy. These shorts were so comfy during my recovery. I had a c-section and they did not agitate my scar at all. I felt supportive in my tummy and back.
The high waist band and thicker elastic top meant the shorts didn’t roll down when I was sitting or feeding my baby. I loved the pockets on the sides as well - would def recommend these shorts.

Love these shorts. Whilst a bit difficult to initially get on (to be expected for a supportive snug fit) I felt great in them. No discomfort at my c section site and I felt secure. Had them on only 2 days post for a few hours and gradually increased to daily wear.

It’s expensive and it’s been recommended by my obs and midwife so I bit the bullet and ordered one after my C-section. It did not disappoint me at all, with the new csec recovery shorts it has side pockets although it feels tight but it actually helps me so much with my movement and sorta held me up so I could move around easily without worrying to hurt my wound or my pelvic pain. The material doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I’m still wearing them as I just received them a week ago but I can feel the improvement already. I should’ve gotten these with my previous csec. Overall I’d recommend this product and it’s a good investment for a quicker and better recovery. Thanks SRC :)

Tried other belly bands to help support me after my twins were born. Didn’t feel as though they supported me so bit the bullet and bought these Shorts. 100% recommend! Feel so supported in these, both belly and back!

9 days post c-section and I’m so happy with the support it gives. I have been up and about thanks to the shorts. I had abdominal separation as well which made simple tasks such as standing and seating down difficult, but the shorts have been keeping everything together tightly and yet comfortably. They are also squat proof, so you can ensure that everything is covered.

I wished I knew earlier about this short, they offer the support needed after going through an emergency CSection. The compression is just right at all the different spots around the abdomen area and are really comfy!
