I have BPH with issues of dribbling…so when I learned about DribbleStop through one of their US dealers I jumped & having been wearing my DribbleStop during waking hours for six months now. Great product, does what the name implies & saves trips to the restroom.
I am a prostate survivor of over 30 years and am no stranger to occasional incontinence. I only become aware of the various incontinence devices about three years ago and thereafter tried three of the most popular types recommended by my doctor. I can now say conclusively that the Dribblestop model was the only one that met my criteria which were the following: 1. Comfortable to wear yet durable 2. Easy to put on and take-off 3. Safely wearable 24 hours a day 4. Without any metal content that might activate a security alarm 5. Readily washable 6. Not too expensive and easily replaced if lost 7. Wearable during biking, golfing and swimming. I have just returned from a whirlwind tour of 10 countries in Europe and will be travelling to Mexico in another 2 weeks and couldn’t contemplate trips of this nature without the assurance of my Dribblestop. I always carry one spare!
I had a radical prostatectomy in Nov. 2015. Following that I suffered from incontinence. It was very degrading to have to wear incontinence products. I came across the Dribblestop and my quality of life changed from the moment I received your product. After my prostatectomy I required radiation and the Oncology team were very surprised to see what I was wearing. I was required to wear it for every treatment, which made me feel very comfortable, as for each treatment I had to have no underwear on and did not have to worry about a mess on the table. Since then I am able to go each day without fear of showing wet pants and not having to wear incontinence products. Thank you so much for developing such a great product.
I know having wasting money over the years trying other similar products after being left incontinent after my prostate surgery over six years ago. In the early days, I even tried wearing an external catheter with bag strapped to my leg! Dribblestop has given me back my confidence and freedom socially. No longer looking for a loo every 45 minutes to change pads. I can even go to the bar with my brother in laws and enjoy a few pints while watching the football – brilliant! I am 67 years old. (My full hip replacement coming up to its 21st Birthday soon!) Because of the Dribblestop I have the pleasure of going swimming each week with my five-year-old grandson as I am able to wear the same swimming trunks that I did before the surgery. I also go to gym exercise classes three times a week – again comfortably wearing training shorts in the knowledge that I will not have any leaks during the exercise class. Unlike other products you actually get two Dribblestops so you always have a spare.
Very comfortable to wear, it's much better than having to wear a nappy.

Complete waste of money. Tried this various adjustments but really very uncomfortable tried to persevere with this but impossible to use.

A Dribblestop can feel uncomfortable or even painful if it's too tight; adjust the links to a looser size or check for skin wrinkles, as discomfort usually means the clamp needs adjustment to find a comfortable and effective fit with no leakage. Some users find the plastic parts uncomfortable depending on clothing or position, but for many, a properly adjusted Dribblestop is unnoticed.
The most common cause of discomfort is the clamp being too tight. Incorrect placement: If the clamp is not positioned correctly on the penis, it can cause discomfort.
Wrinkled skin: Skin folds trapped under the clamp can lead to irritation and discomfort.
External factors: The hard plastic adjustment parts of the clamp can sometimes feel uncomfortable due to your clothing or body position. Adjust the links for comfort - please let me know. I hope this helps Jess, Customer Care Team
It took a few times to get the right adjustment but once that achieved it does the job!!

These clips have been a lifesaver. Eight months post robotic prostatectomy I was still wetting up to 8 pads a day. I have been using these clips for a few weeks now and use 1 virtually dry pad a day. I am waiting to see both my surgeon and an urologist (taking ages, cancellations etc.) but until then I am happier in my daily life. They are comfortable and have allowed me my social life back. I just make sure I visit the loo fairly regularly to empty myself. I can now have a couple of pints or more without fear. Honestly, if you are suffering as I was, don't hesitate to buy these.

If you do a manual job (lifting etc, as I do) it is very good at keeping you dry. I tried the "Uriclak" which was ok but if you did any lifting etc, I would end up leaking badly.
I had a Robot Assisted Laparscopic Prostatectomy about 5 months ago with subsequent complications and incontinence which were inconvenient to say the least. I was using 2-4 high absorbency pads a day depending on actvity. I found that the Dribble Stop did work for me - provided I was not doing anything involving a lot of bending. It was good for walking and stopped the dribble/squirt but tended to move down when doing things like getting in and out of cars and slipped off on occasion with a resulting flood. After a few days I also developed a small sore on the underside of the penis, presumably as a result of the movement (I try to stay active as one complication was bilateral pulmonary embolism) so have currently stopped using it until fully healed. Tightening the device felt less comfortable but may have to try again.
Having used Dribblestop for around 2 years I ordered replacements. They do lose a little bit of efficiency after long period so new ones were ordered. This product has transformed my life after Prostate surgery, I can now socialise with confidence. Thank you Dribblestop.
Anyone who has undergone a radical prostatectomy will know following that, there is little "room for manoeuvre", and so it takes a lot of fiddling to find the right position, and compression. I found that to have it tight enough to prevent leakage, it was very uncomfortable, even to the point of pain through the skin being pinched. I also tried with one side tight and the other "half tension". That was much more comfortable, but I needed to change pads every couple of hours. I have said yes to recommendation because it is better than having no help.

Excellent. This is comfortable and I can adjust it throughout the day, as I am an 'active' wearer I find this option most necessary for a good fit. Realistically 2 isn't enough, pack of 4 would be better to keep them rotated and clean.
I use dribble stop on evenings when I am out late dancing, it sure gives me confidence. It is normally late in the evening after a long day that I feel I seem to lack total control of my bladder since my radicle prostatecomy. It was my specialist nurse that suggested the clamp and it has really helped for when I am on my feet a lot during the day, then dancing in the evening.
I haven't read all of the reviews. But I am well pleased with the clamps, as they gave me back a lot more dignity, confidence and ability to do a days work. Yes they cost a lot and the first pair didn't last long because you are meant to use one for a day and use the other clamp the next day.and so on. I used the same clamp until it was worn out then changed, which shortens their life span.a lot. I have to wear pads all the time. When working and wearing the clamp on its tightest setting to try and stop the pressure leakage can be very uncomfortable after a while, especially if there are pubic hairs trapped between the pad and the penis. The only other clamp tried was a metal framed one, which was more secure but could be painful if it dug in to the skin. ~Best of luck with your clamps.
Comfortable and a great product. I don use daily only when I go out, I pad up most days which isn't good for the confidence, but its where I'm at.
