I ordered size 2&3 as I wasn’t sure what size I would need , however size 3 looked far to big when I received them . Tried the size 2 which didn’t feel overly comfortable so decided to order size 1 which I’ve yet to try.
It’s difficult to know what size to order due to the square shape . It would have been better if I had ordered the sample pack but even then I would be left with the unused ones, are you able to return the unused ones? Otherwise it works out quite expensive.
I need these now for work I do eventually need surgery I have grade 3 caused by forceps like many women who had children early 2000s these cubes are helping me delay surgery as unfortunately I can’t afford to take time off work at the min cube looks scary at first and I delayed using for that reason I have a active job and can’t work without it now they last 1 week I wash daily in boiled salt water says you can put them in washing machine but I’ve not tried that but I get 5 wears out of one cube probably could get longer ! Thing that gets me is the postage cost £5.95 for a pack that costs £2.90 to post us women being punished enough without companies also profiting from postage aswell so if I could ask one thing is have a look at your postage costs !
I use these when I'm going to be on my feet all day. They work well, but they do absorb moisture so are a bit drying. The price is an issue so couldn't afford to use more than a couple of times a week.
Stress No More provide a good service and the cube is really helpful..if a little expensive.
The one challenge is selecting the right size as the informstion on sizing is very limited and obscure
I have been using for couple of years and the quality has definitely improved in recent months. Price could be lower to help women who need regular ongoing supplies. Delivery is always swift.
Ordered starter pack i use the size 2 and it has made a difference with my prolapse symptoms and gives good support.
The cube worked on bladder prolapse but cannot afford the cost of them, 11.99 for one!!!!
Love these but the quality has not been as good recently. As someone else pointed out the foam is too soft and does not hold things internally as well and It gets compressed too easily .
Ordered a starter pack. Smallest one worked well but found the medium stayed in place better. Welcome relief from pressure of prolapse. Very expensive though for a single use item so I’m not sure if I’ll order again.

Didn’t help me at all front wall and rear wall prolapse, but I don’t have any urinary or faecal incontinence.
I have been using these cubes for a prolapse for over two years now and they were a great relief when I discovered them. Unfortunately lately I have found the foam to be if a different quality, not how they used to be. The cube goes solid very quickly now and feels uncomfortable to wear. I contacted customer services and they have said the manufacturer states no change in materials. The cube did its job brilliantly and was light and soft to wear but now I feel it may be time to move on to a silicone cube as far cheaper (11.99 a time is expensive) as re-wearable and probably the same experience as these hard foam ones now. Such a shame as I've spent a great deal of money on regular orders and was very happy with them before the recent few batches I've received.
Seems a lot larger than size 2.
This item is ridiculously expensive for one time use! And you sent me two boxes which cost over £60 I’m at a loss how you could justify it! However I then ordered the pink pearls sponge which is great and I ordered another one and will order more but- I would like your thoughts on the contam product m. Norma Rabaiotti

Helpful as a pessary.
Feel in love with this device the first time I used it.
I recently forgot to use it one day last week, and I forgot the issues I hadT trying to pee, and the pain I was experiencing before. I work on my feet all day and the constant discomfort was almost unbearable some days. This is definitely a God send. I would recommend it to anyone
with an organ prolapse.
I am so grateful that this product exists. I have a grade 2 bladder prolapse and was told I would need a hysterectomy, but by using this product, I have so far managed to avoid surgery.
Good product
This item is expensive for a single use. However, it is perfectly possible to reuse it if it is cleaned and/or sterilised before reuse. It does the job perfectly for me - stays in place and prevents urinary incontinence. I find using a small amount of neutral gel aids insertion.
Have used this Pessary for a couple of years now and has always worked well in managing my grade 2 prolapse. However, recent orders have not worked as well as the consistency of the foam seems softer, so doesn't give the same support. Therefore I am currently trying a larger size.
Can totally recommend this product for fairly severe bladder prolapse. It has enabled me to avoid surgery for this condition and I am able to continue to live an active life.
Easy to use. Comfortable. Definitely worked. BUT far too expensive as single use only so afraid I won't be purchasing any more.

The shape seems to give better support.
This pessary looks daunting, but once soaked it can be inserted without too much bother. I have stage 3 prolapse and in the main, this pessary works well. I can go on walks, lift things and usually have a good day. Sometimes though, the pessary insertion interferes in some way so that I have urine leaks. At other times I find that if I need to have bowel movement after pessary insertion the pessary will come down. Having said all that, the pessary is a life changer for me. I am having the pessary sent on a monthly basis and this works well. Although I am told its a once only use, I am using the washing and sterilising, with Milton, method and the pessary is lasting for a month. At which time the pessary has lost its shape. Hope this helps.
These pessaries have given me back my life. After being diagnosed with prolapsed bladder,grade 2 cystocele and grade 1 rectocele in 2020, I tried ring pessaries from the NHS which were very uncomfortable and fell out. So I was booked in for a hysterectomy which was then cancelled due to Covid. After living for a while with being very uncomfortable but reluctant to have surgery,I decided to try these Contam cube pessaries and am so glad I did. Just recently have had a couple of issues with sizing being incorrect as described on the package, but this has been satisfactory rectified by Stress No More immediately.

I tried to seek advice regarding these cubes ie are they single or multiple use as I had seen on the actual Contam site, where people said they’d used them more than once. The response appeared scripted and not entirely to the questions asked. Eventually after a call It appears they are single use according to Kegel 8. In my view they are expensive in this case. I purchased the multiple size pack but was so confused about advice I chose not to use them!!
