How to Use a Contiform vaginal pessary

The Contiform vaginal pessary is made from medical-grade silicone, so it’s soft, pliable and comfortable to wear. A small notch on one side lets it fold down for easy insertion, while it’s shaped to sit securely in place and provide gentle support to your bladder.

To insert, use the notch to fold the pessary and gently insert the tapered end into the vagina as far back as is comfortable. To remove, pull the ribbon downward as you would when removing a tampon. Do not pull upward, as this may cause the ribbon to break. After each use, wash with warm water and a perfume-free soap.
