Say I absolutely fabulous I can go out with confidence now as long as I want and I don't have to rush to a toilet I don't wet myself anymore and I have a prolapse bladder which they help a great deal a marvelous wouldn't do without

It makes such a difference to know that I can stop the leaks for certain days - going to the beach, weddings, days out, long walks etc. They stop the anxiety, embarrassment and worry about wet pads. Too expensive to use all the time but an amazing option to have.

Contrelle gives a back a life before incontinence. When positioned right I can happily wear it all day with no accidents, no pads. Unfortunately I don’t always get it just right and it moves out of position making me aware of it sometimes. Uncomfortable but not painful.
If they weren’t so expensive I would use them more regularly but as it is they are invaluable for ‘special’ days.

I still can’t believe these work. So simple yet so effective. So wonderful not to worry about leaks or have to wear a pad. Too expensive for me to wear all the time but a great option to have.

Bit of a lifesaver... especially when out for a long day or a special evening. Great confidence booster. Only complaint... more of an observation really... Either the string could be a tiny bit longer or the 'stick' shorter. I've filed a couple of mm off the end of the stick and put a small notch there for the string. I've split a few of the pessaries in the past trying to get the end of the string in place! A waste as they are quite pricey!

I'm so happy that I have found this product!
I love going gym,running...but it became an embarrassing time of my life. Doctor has suggested to try pessary and I was quite apprehensive. After research online, I came to decision to give it a go. So glad I did. I have allergic reaction to pads,so this is like getting my life back.
Next step to get prescription for it. Because apparently NHS do prescription for it.

Bought these to use when I need an all day alternative to pads (which I hate) I had a day hike in the Lake District and this product was excellent. All day climbing up and down hills with no leaks at all. Too expensive for everyday but wishing I could afford to use them everyday as they work great for me.

Excellent, I'm really happy with the product, it's stopped me from having to wear pads all the time. Pitty it's a little costly.

I think the product is good but it's not suitable for me personally. I was hoping it would be a cheaper alternative to contam but I couldn't insert it so I'll have to keep to contam.

I was very skeptical at first not having used a product like this more and was so fed up of not being able to enjoy myself on social outings, with the worry of leakage. It took me a couple of attempts to get the position right but once I did, no leakage, super comfy, absolutely did an amazing job of letting me dance all night at my son’s wedding. I would highly recommend this product and will continue to use them for those occasions 😊.

I have ‘put up’ with leaking when running thinking it was just due to having big babies and never quite doing as many pelvic squeezes as I think I should. Wearing pads when doing hot sweaty activities is not fun, and not always successful. I can’t believe how a simple device can make such a difference, and so easy to self-administer.

Contrelle has quite simply given me the confidence to exercise with other people again, which is HUGE

Freedom at last. I am delighted with my new found freedom as I can run and cycle again without the discomfort of pads or the dreaded leaks. Above all, I love the hygienic aspect of this product. I would recommend it a 100%.

I tried your product for the first time today. I'm a fitness instructor, 63 years old, and have been struggling with stress incontinence for 8 or 9 years. I've tried different devices to assist with pelvic floor strengthening, and seen a soft tissue pelvic floor therapist. I eventually found I have a hypertonic pelvic floor, but nothing I have tried has really helped. Until today. I can't really find the words to convey how I feel!! I taught a class today, and deliberately did several high impact tracks to test it out. And guess what happended ....... NOTHING - no leakage whatsoever, felt 100% comfortable. I can't quite believe it, and thankyou doesn't seem enough. I'm SO happy.

Fantastic result. I just did a fell run with a fast steep rocky descent and lots of rock hopping. Felt if I was going to take a test ride with Contrelle then we may as well push it to the max. Chuff ed to bits and dry as a bone. If it can handle that then it can handle a fast parkrun!

Contrelle has altered my outlook on exercise completely. I had to be aware that bladder leaks when running were completely unpredictable and consider my running kit carefully. Now I can wear anything I like and be confident that the only moisture affecting me will be sweat. And I have been able to take up trampolining again – get me!!
