Excellent gel lube but will it stay sterile?

This is a nice smooth gel of just the right consistency but I am concerned that the bottle has no cap to keep bugs out in storage. Is there enough ingredient to keep it sterile regardless?

The best gel for dilators! I have used a number of other brands before but this one sticks to the dilator and does not run all over the place. It is wonderful to use and I have not had any allergic reactions to it which did to some others I used before. I will only use this one now. Thank you Stressnomore for making this product available.
