How to Use

Hold the probe with gold electrodes facing down.
Slide off the small plastic bar at the base and squeeze the probe to narrow it for easy insertion.
Insert vaginally, keeping the electrodes facing downward.
Attach both lead wires – one to each channel of your Kegel8 device.
Start your programme, adjusting the intensity on each side as needed.
Gently remove by pulling one side to avoid pinching.

Top Tip: If you’ve got nerve damage or weaker muscles on one side, you might not “feel” the stimulation like you do on the other side. That’s where the Perisize really shines – just increase the intensity on that side to wake up those muscles and get them working again!
