How to use

1. Ensure the scar area is clean and dry.

2. Rip a length of tape from the roll to cover the scar — no tools needed.

5. Use consistently. Scar remodelling is gradual — results build over weeks and months of regular use.

1 week in and the keloid has softened considerably, which can only be positive, a far better and less intrusive option than pressure clips which only slowed the growth to an extent

I haven't use a scar tape before, so I dint have a...

I haven't use a scar tape before, so I didn't have anything to compare, but was recommended this by my midwife. So I have used it on my C section scar and it has been really useful. This is my second C Section and my first scar was painful and slow to heal so I wanted to make myself more comfortable as well as heal faster. The scar tape is easy to use, doesn't pull or drag. It tears off so its not fiddly to cut with scissors and I can leave it in place when I use my scar gone laser light. Very happy, scar healing much faster and smoother than mu first one so I am a convert.

It is also very flexible, due to the nature of my scar, it is refreshing that I can put it on how I like and tear (no scissors required!) rather than trying to second guess it. I have only been using this a short while but I know my scar is changing in appearance, I couldn't be more happier at this time and very glad I found it.
