SRC Health Restore Incontinence and Prolapse Compression Support Shorts

After surgery for severe uterine prolapse my Physio suggested I purchase the SRC support garment.I am very happy with this garment as it has given me the confidence to return to my yoga practice. I was hesitant to return to yoga even though it is a modified gentle practice but this garment gives the vital support to the body. I highly recommend it.

Excellent product which is providing a lot of relief. I have stage 3/4 prolapse and wish I had discovered this product earlier. (Surgery last year was only partially successful). While I wait for an appointment with a different specialist these shorts seem to be keeping things stable. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I was struggling with bladder prolapse and abdominal pain, also urgency to pee all the time. Was diagnosed with bladder prolapse but these pants have really helped and are comfortable to wear.
I would just like to encourage anyone having problems to seek out Dr Bri’s Vibrant Pelvic Health on YouTube - her channel has been very helpful. Also, look into the helpful role that vaginal oestrogen can play in combatting UTI’s and symptoms of prolapse (I use both pessaries and cream). If you can afford them the pants are definitely worth a try - plus they wash through really quickly and dry quickly too.

I found sizing difficult but it was easy to send back the first size to try another. Once that was sorted, the shorts have been amazing. I can now go for a proper walk without being as symptomatic and feel supported going about my day.

I have found this shorts super comfortable to wear under normal Lorna Jane shorts or tights. I feel like it gives you a bit more confidence when moving around for the day or doing your exercises, if you’re dealing with a prolapse (as I am).

I have a prolapse and purchased the SRC Restore Support Mini shorts to help support me, and I was shocked by how effective they are! Thank you for making these; they have helped improve my quality of life.

My cystocele became much worse over 3 months, taking me to the point of needing surgery but not being able to have it until I completed a 5 week overseas holiday. Since the garments recently arrived, I feel so much more comfortable with being able to participate in all the activities I originally intended to, and my body is no longer in terrible discomfit.

These shorts are brilliant. Certainly made a difference to my pelvic health. Initially bought one pair and then bought another two pairs.

I had my doubts when I was told about these shorts by my physio, wow was I wrong they are great. I wear them while exercising, gardening , carrying shopping and housework. Very comfortable and supportive.

I now have 2 pairs of Restore support shorts, one champagne and one black.This morning I wore them to go for a short run and I also wear them for our maturer ladies' strength training sessions. I am a Granny and I know wearing them will help with the more physical side of enjoying our younger grandchildren. They give me extra support with my prolapse and more confidence with my pelvic floor exercises.

I got these after a recommendation by my pelvic physio, to wear after my hysterectomy. They helped so much and I definitely felt the difference when I wore them vs didn’t wear them. I can have them on all day and not be uncomfortable. I’m getting more for my daughter who has POTS.

This product has certainly helped my prolapse. I no longer feel as though everything is dropping out and do not feel as though I need to empty my bladder all the time. I can now enjoy long walks on e again and I am sure my pelvic muscles have strengthened.

I have both black and champagne colours on the mini restore .
I have found the black ones are tighter at the hemline on my legs as is the top band around my waist. It doesn’t sit comfortably above my bellybutton as do the champagne colour ones. Somewhat frustrating when working long stretches of time n my feet

I've been suffering from prolapes symptoms for years. I use these and a pessary and its been a game changer. I'm back to living and comfortable that I sometimes forget about the prolapes all together. I've worn the black shorts as outerwear in summer and been great. Usually wear them under outfits they are sleek and smoothing showing minimal lines with support. Having both covers me for under light outfits perfectly.

Needing some shorts for postnatal use and they have been fantastic. Highly recommend.

Item was too big but I was unable to use website to request an exchange. Returned item but haven’t attempted to buy smaller size due to issues with earlier return.

I'm 69 with a grade 2 uterine prolapse. I must admit I didn't think these compression shorts would be any good. They're brilliant!! I no longer have the heavy dragging feeling and can walk much further than I've been able to. Ordering was easy and quickly delivered. I would recommend them to anyone suffering with a prolapse.

I bought a couple of packs for an overseas trip. Trying to find ways to avoid lugging along packs of incontinence pads. These compression shorts proved invaluable. They have had an immediate effect on my leakage.

The material is quite hot in the qld climate but I can understand it's difficult to get a fabric that will stretch and be cool.
Half sizes would be good too
