The Uriclak can be opened and closed with just one hand, which is incredibly helpful, especially if you have limited dexterity or just want to get on with your day quickly. Compared to the Dribblestop, which requires both hands and a bit more adjusting, this was a huge upgrade in convenience.
Another big plus: the foam padding on the Uriclak doesn't perish or flatten over time like the Dribblestop can. With the Dribblestop, I found myself needing replacements sooner than expected. The Uriclak feels more robust and longer-lasting, which helps justify the slightly higher price.
Both clamps do the job in terms of managing male urinary incontinence, especially after prostate surgery – but the Uriclak is just more user-friendly. It gives me the confidence I need to get on with life,

I was about 9 weeks post RALP and my incontinence had been a struggle to say the least. I tried this clamp and it has been a life changer. One handed operation, comfortable and effective when the sweet spot is found. My incontinence is getting better with pelvic floor exercises and time (that GREAT HEALER). Absolutely worth a try.
I am dealing with radiation treatment for recurring prostate cancer after surgery 12 years ago. Unfortunately the radiation has given me back urinary incontinence. The Uriclak gives me the freedom to leave the house again. Hopefully Kegel exercises will do the rest. Thank you for the device, of which I now have 3.

The idea is good, I only have a small penis and it keeps slipping of such as sitting down, bending or stretching. I have tried it different ways but I can not keep it on. So sadly for me it is no good.
Works as it should when I found the right tension. Good design to remove quickly when needed. Bit of trial and error required at first, but it is spot on now.
Excellent all round can't do with out the difference this as made to my daily routine from 3 to 4 level 3 per day now only one small level 1.
Unfortunately after a week it started to leak. I've used these products for years so know the drill. Can't return it as I've worn it. A Waste of £56 so I am not happy.
Worked well for a few days, then started to leak past, now after two weeks it stops nothing. I have had to wear incontinence pads since August, following hospital treatment, and thought this would have helped but now I have to change 5 times a day to stay dry

It is the best clamp I have ever used. It is the softest, most flexible and comfortable. The device never slips and urine doesn't leak. It has no closure. I find it very comfortable and discreet when I go to public urinals.

All clamps have advantages and disadvantages.
Uriclak is the best, although you have to introduce the regulators very carefully, wet in cream. Also do not open in a circular way.Otherwise, Uriclak can be broken.
Although it is more difficult to regulate the pressure, once achieved it is much more comfortable. Uriclak has no closures and no need to remove it to urinate.
In addition, it has a more discreet color for public urinals.
I have tried 3 types of clamps (cunningham, dribblestop, j-clamp) and Uriclak is the only one that does not slip when in position on the penis.

The pressure can be adapted with cylinders of different thickness. Better to use with moisturizer.
The most useful thing I bought. With a complete incontinence this is extremlx helpful when used for a short period. Using it for 6 month now, I want to share some points.
Absolutly do not use it for longer periods like it is described in the advertisment. Pain after 2 hours is fine, because one feels it is to much. But further than that, I had a severe loss of sensitivity, which was lating for a view days.
It is also very important to not have skin close to the cilynders on the side. Two times now, I cutted my skin. Being careful, it is a big advantage to have it.
This clamp is fairly comfortable to wear and is particularly useful when urinating because all you need to do is squeeze it to release the clamping pressure. It is by far the more comfortable of the two types of clamps that I have tried. I used it without the need to install the adjusting pins. Unfortunately I washed it several times and it failed due to corrosion of the internal metal bars, which are not completely sealed from exposure by the plastic covering. I learned too late that it is recommended to clean it only with cotton swaps dipped in alcohol. I have ordered another identical clamp to see if I can get additional life using the proper cleaning method.
Comfortable to wear and really does stop leaks.
Cannot comment on longevity as I have only used it for 3 weeks so far. Disappointed that it cannot be immersed in water as that rules out swimming. Can a fully waterproof one be developed?

Although the use of such a Device did not appeal to me, I ordered one from
Amazon uk and received it last week. I am amazed how effective it is!
It is convenient to use and stops all dribbles. Better than using pads.
Initial cost is high but it should save money if it lasts more than 3 months.
English instructions are poor and in view of the cost I feel the Device should be better
presented. Perhaps a discreet metal or plastic box?
I was a bit reluctant to try one of these, however I needed something and once I did try it I found it did help. I didn't think i would find it comfortable to wear and I thought it would be evident that it was being worn, but apart from the initial small discomfort when applying it, I really don't notice that I'm wearing it and it doesn't show. The one criticism I have is with the cost, which I think is much more than it needs to be.
