I thought I would wait until I saw results from this device before I did a review. Everyone seemed to review it after only a few days which tbh annoyed me a little. I really only wanted to read results from people who had been healed. And I can't believe that any improvement would be achieved in less than a week.
Well today is only day 4. And already I have seen amazing results. After having my second baby via vaginal birth (first was a csec) I was devasted. My once perfect lady was damaged. I lost complete bladder control which lasted about a week after birth. This seemed to rectify itself but I was still leaking, and running after a 2yr old with an untrustworthy bladder was terrible. I didn't feel safe to even pick him up which was heartbreaking. Combine that with not much feeling during intercourse and I was one very unhappy mummy. I was starting to get depressed and resenting my decision to birth naturally. Which is something I should pride myself on.
My aim was to be able to stem the flow of urine. I figured if I was strong enough to do that then it was a huge milestone. 4 days in and I can stem the flow!! I couldn't believe it. And intercourse with my hubby is 90% back to how it was before babies. I'm not even wearing a pad today - GO ME!!!!

Hi .... I am 60 years young with a rectocele and cystocele .... ordered the Kegel8 Ultra A .... this week. Lovely lady on order line and she was also very knowledgeable !!!  The machine arrived today so I thought I would give it a whirl !!  I did the vaginal total pelvic exercise routine - 45 mins - on the highest MA I could go to for a first timer MA = 55 which I don't think was too bad. I lay on the bed and watched telly!!  I did it for 45 mins and guess what ... I could really feel the difference after just one session. Since the birth of my two beautiful boys things have not been the same. I used to be a gym bunny who could crack walnuts as they say but two heavy pregnancies and 2nd degree tears later and I had difficulty with urge leaks and no orgasm at all leading to total loss of self confidence and nil sex life. I was left too weak to do kegels the usual way and other products didn't help and I only found out about this type of product after trawling the net in desperation for some kind of solution as it has started to affect my marriage.
A very helpful lady took my order last Thurs, it was received Fri and I've been diligently alternating between general pelvic workout and loss of sensitivity settings two or three times a day, and using the day toner widget over night, and in less than a week although I was moderately sceptical, I'm frankly astonished with the results - I know the nerve damage will take longer and will give that time and although I'm not quite back to cracking those walnuts just yet, I can't wait to test out the results on hubby - I feel like the old me again for the first time in years! This machine should be prescribed for all women! It has truly helped me come back to life.
Menopause had meant some small bladder leaks which for me were horrifying: the thought of having to use pads is terrible. After widowhood and several years without sex I found myself in a fantastic loving relationship but to my distress was convinced I was leaking, and the sensations just were not here in the same way and orgasm was always just out of reach.

I had been doing Kegels for years with less than minimum results and after having 3 children sex wasn't the same.. and i couldn't hold my pee that well. After I received my Kegel8 I wasn't sure if it was working but I did start to notice a change over a week like I didn't need to run to the bathroom however I used mine 4 settings a day once or twice to get results quickly...then I realized after 3 weeks there was levels like you could work the upper or middle muscles and the whole time I had it on lower level default...once I started working the upper levels...wow sex has changed.

Having had two repairs each for prolapsed bladder and bowel, the last two just over a year ago, I was devastated to find I had another small bladder prolapse. Surgeon has suggested further surgery. I had previously purchased a similar product to Kegel 8 some years ago and felt it didn't make any difference, although I did use regularly. Took the plunge and bought the ultra plus a couple of weeks ago. Within days of using I can feel the difference. No longer do I have vaginal noise and a feeling of fullness and dragging. Better still I no longer have to use pads "just in case". I have been referred to a continence nurse in preparation for surgery to ensure that I know how to do my pelvic floor exercises. I have deferred the appointment, because I have confidence that if used regularly the ultra plus will work. My husband has already commented that there is a marked difference - if it can do that in two weeks then I am looking forward to the three month results!!

I run in marathons and although I have a very low BMI and exercise to the max I find that I do suffer when running, more so when I have a period, but then I found that my tampon sort of supported my bladder. So I use this when I run and it really does work. I have told all the women at the running club. Good service and helpline was informative thank you.

I've had problems with stress incontinence since the birth of my second child 17 years ago - I just dealt. Then more recently (40 is a cruel age to the body) I noticed a BIG change in the intimate arena as well. I tried doing the Kegel exercises even more than usual - which I did every day. I had searched this type of product before a few times, and even looked at surgery.
This last cold season though pushed me over the edge. Coughing for two weeks straight meant never being without a pad. It was terribly hard on my self esteem. I'd had enough. I have 2 prolepses’, and feel this Kegel8 has prevented me having to have an operation. I had physio but was too weak to do the exercises correctly so was told by physio this may help and boy has it...I don’t have any problems at all my partner noticed a change being tighter too and am now totally unaware that I have a prolapse.
This is one of the few products that does what it should do.

I purchased this nifty device because I haven't had a vaginal orgasm for years. I've only had this product for about 3 months so obviously I am still working on building my pelvic floor muscles up and increasing the sensations in my vagina.
However an extra bonus I did not count on is that for years I have suffered bad period pains every month that always leave me feeling grumpy and anxious at work. Since I've been using this machine all pain has completely gone. I can't tell you what a relief this has been to me and purchasing a Kegal8 machine is worth its weight in gold just to get rid of this problem alone.
The only downside I've found is that the large probe is a little uncomfortable for me to use every day (as I’m on the small side) so I just use it every second day. I think once I replace the probe, I'll purchase the smaller one.
As its only early days yet, I cannot comment on how it has strengthened my pelvic muscles, but I am sure that if I keep with it, my muscles will only get better.

I brought the Kegel8 ultra because I noticed that my bladder had become very weak and I just couldn’t seem to hold my urine. I was constantly searching for the nearest public toilet (yuck!) drinking fewer fluids during the day to try to control my urge to go (definitely not a good thing to do) and had a fear that I smelt of wee :(
I also had tried to do the pelvic floor exercises my GP had suggested but I found that I couldn’t hold it for the count so I decided to buy the Kegel8 ultra. I noticed a great improvement after a few weeks of using it. I use it twice a day on about 70MA
and now 4 months on I feel that things are back to normal .Actually after my last smear the nurse had trouble removing the instrument and commented how strong my muscles are down there!!!

Better than Aquaflex

My pelvic muscles are not too shot - even though I have had 3 kids! I can squeeze and lift and all that, but I wanted something to exercise against. I bought some Aquaflex cones from Amazon and I was horrified that the small string (nylon) pull cord came off when the cone was inside me. I struggled to get the cone out and had to 'bear-down' - even Hubby had a go at fishing it out. I was in a real panic and the thought of going to accident and emergency with it stuck up me (Yeh yeh they say, Vaginal exercising??? - I BET!!) It was just too embarrassing to imagine.
I finally did get it out, and I have complained to the makers - I think this is a real design fault. I can't imagine men would be putting anything inside them that is attached by a thin piece of line (like a bit of fishing line!). It is obviously not fit for purpose!
So I found these cones, they are more durable, and I was assured by these guys that it was made by clinicians who know what they are doing, and it would appear they are right. I like the fact that the outside stem part moved down when I get the squeeze right that's really good.
If I had one criticism - it's that I would like one without a stem - DOH! But then that takes us back to the bit where I got the other cone stuck because the stem is the method of removal. Followed the exercise plan, and definitely have more control over leaks etc which are now few and far between. (I have read they can also be hormone related - i.e. I leak at certain times of the month which would make sense).

Got this 2 weeks ago, and I also have the Tight and Tone which I've been using for the past year. The Kegel8 Super Kegel is an excellent complement to the internal exerciser, it gets at slightly different muscle groups and you can feel results very quickly. Also it's much easier to use when you have your period or just don't have time for the slightly messier device involving gel and washing up. On the other hand it's less passive; you have to do the work not leave it up to the machine. So I'm very glad to have both types. And this one is very reasonably priced.
I am over 50, have had 4 vaginal births, and work out at the gym regularly. However I actually feel that my workouts, aerobics, jogging etc. do nothing for the pelvic floor muscles, and may even weaken or stretch them out. All that effort to look great, when having a better sex life is surely more important. I am so glad I found these Kegel exercisers!

I have used a cordless device before and really enjoyed using it, so when my Athena finally gave up the ghost for a third time I thought it was about time to give these guys a try. It works in a similar way to the Athena and I use mine every 2 - 4 days depending on time limits etc. Easy to use, feels more powerful than the Athena and I won’t have the problem of non-replaceable batteries so I hope this will last me for 10 years and more. Great results!

I rarely write a review for anything - good or bad, but I felt I had to because this machine is great. The helpline was a great help as I initially found the instructions a bit of a problem...but I soon got into the hang of it. Now I am 33 weeks down the line and I have really noticed a difference. I have dispensed with panty pads and accidental leaks which is a great relief, and my Husband is due home from serving abroad in a few more weeks so I am more than looking forward to his response!

I have a Kegel8 Tight & Tone and have used it for about 6 weeks now- I am thrilled at the difference I feel. I do long distance running too and I find that this helps (not sure how) and stops any leaks. It’s a great idea, previously I used to use a super tampon, but I was always wary of the TSS. This just gives me extra support and it exercises me too so I feel it’s a win win situation! I have tried to get into a routine both with my running and my Kegel exercising so I pop this in when I walk the kids to school and leave it for a few hours and for running club on Tuesdays. I use my electronic exerciser every other day.

For the first time this week I didn't have to wear the standard black leggings to running club in case of any leaks - that is a real first for me since I have been running again and I am so pleased, because wet patches are just not good for self esteem. I have told a lot of the women there and I am sure you'll get a few more converts! I think it is good for women to be aware of their pelvic floor muscles. (My sister is a physiotherapist and she tells me about the problems of prolapse and things hanging out - I just don't want to go there!

I have two children 8 and 4 and I am 38 years old, hope this helps others!

I have had this product for 4years now, I must say when I get to use it the results are fast, I find it helps me locate the correct muscles also so I can get a better pelvic workout as I find doing pelvic exercises without this machine too hard and frustrating. The only thing is one side of the probe stopped working after a year or so, but at least you can buy them separate which I plan on doing next week. I would definitely recommend this product! I can't wait to start using it again tonight (miss placed it and have missed it so much for the last 14months lol).

Been looking at Kegel8 for over a year thinking does it work or not. My bladder and pelvis got so weak I would not go out without a pad on and pads and extra knickers in my bag. Spoke to Fiona who helped me get the right Kegel8 for me. Started using it straight away on the programmes Fiona suggested. Straight away I knew it was working felt tighter inside after 7 days I didn’t have to use pads anymore but would not go out without a pad on. Well after 10 days been out without pads on it felt great no leaks it feels great. Well all I can say if it’s this good after 2 weeks what it is going to be like in 12 weeks. It’s so good to go out and not worry anymore. Ho and by the way I did my exercise with no pads and for the first time in over 10 years and no leaks.

Feels ok to use, I use the solid probe, ok shape (was worried it might be a bit big) I was certainly doing the exercises wrong because this feels very different, I am hoping for good results as I am down for possible surgery which I am trying desperately to avoid. After deliberating for more than a year about whether or not to buy a machine (I am lousy at doing pelvic floor exercises and couldn’t get the hang of the manual exerciser) I made the decision to buy the Kegel8 Vitality and I am extremely happy with it.
I have been using it daily for 3 weeks and begun to notice a difference 'down there' after just a week.
My sensitivity has improved, and everything seems to have been 'pulled together', I was expecting to see some sort of improvement after maybe a couple of months but not this soon.
It does feel a bit strange, and I don’t feel comfortable walking around with it in so I usually put it in after work at home watching my favourite soap.
The programme I use most is the P09 programme, 'total pelvic workout' for 45 minutes. I also use the 'vitality' programme, specifically designed to improve sex life, and the 'lack of sensitivity' programme. I sometimes use the relaxer if I am feeling a bit tender afterwards, and if I have the time.
I started out on 35 - 40, and now ramp it up to about 75 towards the end of the session. This really, truly does work. I feel more confident already! It is expensive, and it does require commitment, but I whole-heartedly recommend this product, I wish I had bought one straight away when I was thinking about it last year. Thanks very very much.

I have only just brought the Kegel8 ultra plus. I have had a leakage issue for many years, quiet unusual as I have never had children. The issue got so bad I needed to use two maxi sized pads each day and never could be without protection and backup and change of underwear in my bag. A few weeks ago I had a TOT operation and the surgeon said that she had done 50 percent leaving me to do my part and do plenty of pelvic floor exercises. However it is hard to do these when your PF is so weak! For those reading this, please do not be put off by the recent negative comments about this type of operation. Mine has worked well but still leak slightly. Leakage is tiny in comparison to previous but would like to have zero leakage. So let's see how successful the famous Kegel 8 machine is..... I will keep you posted! Oh, following on from other feedback - please make the instructions better! One tip - don't get carried away and try to do too much too soon - it is easy to get internal bruising if you go too fast too soon or for too long. Suggest keeping to 30 to 40 ma for the first week or two and then build up slowly. Be patient! Will post an update after a month.

I used these whilst I was pregnant, I knew I couldn't use the electronic one, but these weights helped me focus and keep exercising. I had a drug-free water birth (hurray!!!) and delivered a happy baby boy weighing over 9lbs! I am under no illusion that I need to keep exercising, but these cones really helped because I wasn't getting the woggle right, so when I thought I was doing the exercises properly I wasn't at all. Clever little idea!

I don't have any leaks, but I was finding that sex was not as intense as it used to be. I have used this for about 12 days now and it is amazing, I had my first deep orgasm for months. After years of having to make sure there was always quick access to a loo, I am at last able to go for hours at a time, even throughout the night. I've had a Kegel 8 Ultra for about 1 yr now - I use it while reading in bed and saw a little improvement within a few days, and even more after a couple of months. However, I then got a urininary tract infection, which the Helpline said did sometimes happen, and when that had cleared up I realised I had some internal bruising (it felt like UTI but no infection) probably caused by going too high with the MAs too soon. I wish there had been more information about what kind of number MA to aim for. Now after 6 months without using the machine, I'm back to daily use but keeping the level to absolutely no discomfort, yet even so have seen very quick improvement.

My daughter had a difficult birth when I was in my late 30's which left me with nerve damage and ugly scars from a butchered episiotomy, luckily I had no prolapse or the urge to pee every 5 mins. However, things weren't 'right' so I bought the kegel8 ultra plus after reading these reviews. Wow, what a difference! No aches and pains pre period, better control and as for sex...multiple orgasms are go!
Why isn't this product advertised in all clinics? Why isn't it available NHS? If men had babies it would be!!! Come on Kegel8, get advertising, women need you!

I was diagnosed with a large cystocoele and 1st degree uterine prolapse back in June( although I had first gone to see my GP in about March). I have used it religiously since I got it - between 5-7 times a week and at first I saw no difference. Then, some days it actually felt much worse. However, I persevered and for the last 2 weeks I have felt a big improvement and much less awareness of anything being there. I have an appointment with the Gynaecologist and physiotherapist in 4 weeks, and will be interested to see if they can detect an improvement. I was told I would need a bladder repair and hysterectomy and was determined to try all ways of preventing this for as long as possible.( I am 56 years old)

I have been told I have a prolapse probably caused by having my daughter 4 years ago but had so far not had any of the worst side effects of having this condition, I just need to go more frequently than I used to. I wanted to do something about this before I did start to really suffer (as the nurse who did my smear and told me I had this condition had said it was just something I’d have to learn to live with- very helpful). I have been using the Kegel8 Ultra Plus for about 5 or six weeks now and can really feel the difference. I feel like things are moving upwards and I don't have to go quite so much! I have had 3 children, 2 of which were 9lb, and boy do I know it! My friend recommended the Kegel8 Ultra to me which she recently invested in and hasn't stopped raving about since. I called Kegel8 for more information and they told me about this little beauty...
The girls on the help line are great and made me feel comfortable in approaching the subject of lack of sensation 'down there' and the effect it's having on my husband's self esteem. I've been a theatre nurse for 10 years and I wish someone had told me about this machine sooner! I spent most times padded up just in case an operation over ran and I couldn't get out of theatre. I even found that I had been restricting liquids - which is certainly not good (swear it gave me baggy black eyes!).
Used this for 5 months now, what a difference. Can control wee, and sex life is bloody amazing. What's the big secret about this...or did I just not listen at the ante natal classes!!??

I have been using it every day for 4 weeks on a prolapsed bladder and now bowel have had 5 children and I am 43, my oldest n is 22 and was born by forceps and others normal delivery last baby 9 years ago weighed 10lb 6 , so far no improvement and some days I have used it 3 to 4 times a day and hope it’s going help me as I had a tot tape fitted for stress incontinence but had to have the urethral bit removed due to erosion into my vaginal wall , I leak when I move and walk but not continuously. I hope and pray it gets better as I’m not keen on more surgery!

I am 50 years old and did Kegel exercises for years until they suddenly didn't work anymore, and I wasn't sure that I was doing them correctly.
As soon as I started the Kegel8 programmes my slight incontinence improved and I felt more comfortable, I am very pleased that there is a programme for pain. Also I had a low energy patch and rather than stop the kegel8 exercises which would have been a shame, I used the device on a much lower setting and discovered that I could still have a gentle positive session.
I like the range of exercises on the kegel8 and I feel liberated from having to do 'manual' Kegels which took a lot of effort and didn't target the correct muscles. Thank you Kegel8. Also thanks for the battery and gel which were included.

Had difficult forceps delivery with my second child and ever since have noticed I am not the 'same; down there as I was before and sex life is suffering. Also slight incontinence (although only when trampolining!). Have been using Kegel8 for 3 weeks now and have already notice a massive improvement in bed, first orgasm for 2 years...I can’t wait to see how much better this will get after more use. I have had 4 big babies 8-9lbs. So I bought it to help out my sex life. I've been using it for about 3 wks now and I can say that I do feel a change in my pelvic area. And that's without boyfriend’s opinion yet because he works out of town. But I say I can see a dif because I can make and hold a contraction on my own now that used to be almost impossible before the Kegel8 Ultra Plus. I use it every day and will continue to do so. The customer service is great! I did buy the extended warranty also and I am very satisfied the machine. I know that this is a product that can help so many women feel better about themselves. I think the hospital should send all new mothers home with one. ;-)

I bought this 2 weeks ago as I am going through the menopause, felt a heaviness below & started wanting to pass water more. Worryingly. The first week it felt as if my symptoms were getting worse, but literally in the last 2 days I have noticed a huge difference. If it's like this now, roll on 12 weeks! I use the 20 minute program that is constant. It took a bit of getting used to - not the most pleasant of sensations, but now I can get up to 47 MAs and +1 each day. I am thrilled to bits with this. Worth every penny.

I had my 4th baby 14wks ago, about 2 weeks after the birth I noticed something did not feel right down there!!!! My midwife informed me I had a bladder prolapse. I was devastated as I thought this kind of thing happened to women in their 60's not their 30's. After much research I decided I needed to take some action and bought a kegel8 ultra plus, I used it every night on the prolapse setting and at first I was disappointed that there was no improvement. Then about 8wks later I suddenly noticed things felt a little better, a couple of weeks later the sensation would only happened after a long day on my feet, now 14wks post partum I would say I no longer have a prolapse...truly worth every penny.

I ordered this product and it arrived very quickly. I had my baby 8months ago it was a forceps delivery which left me with nerve damage and I also felt loose every time I walked I just felt as though my vaginal area from down below just never closed back up after giving birth it’s been awful I could feel wind going in and could no longer sit in the baths as I had water going inside me which left me with stomach pains...my husband had also commented on how he was no longer happy in the bedroom dept as he said I had become very very loose. I was really stressed out and considering having tightening surgery until I came across this machine which is excellent I have no faults with it 3 days in to using this machine programme 8 I have noticed a huge change I no longer feel loose down below and feel much happier and confident around my husband my husband has also noticed a diff to I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to tone and tighten the vagina area after birth as it really does work. I originally purchased this for a bladder prolapse to avoid surgery. After around a week of using this machine I saw an amazing result. After years of a weak bladder and having to wear incontinence pads I noticed a difference. There were no dribbles on my pad. I honestly thought I would have a weak bladder forever! This bladder correction was a bonus when I purchased this machine I am absolutely delighted with it. Another added bonus is you only have to use it once a day. No more of that pelvic floor counting, which you do religiously at first then forget to do. It has also been shown that doing the exercises alone are not strong enough to correct a prolapse.

I am feeling really confident that this machine will correct my bladder prolapse.

I've only just started using my Kegel8 but I think it will be successful. I don't have to worry whether I’m doing the exercises right, and can just relax while my muscles are exercised. I’m only 24 but have problems with urge incontinence and leakage, not what someone my age expects to suffer from! So, I'm very hopeful that it will improve if I use this everyday that I can.

Well I thought these would be easy, but with the indicator thing dangling down it only reaffirmed my suspicion that I really wasn't doing my exercises properly and my bits were more like a wizards' sleeve than a mouse's ear! So started my journey of exercising, the occasional one dropped out when I stopped thinking about it and gripping it properly, but all in all I developed a routine that involves exercising, listening to the Radio on, cleaning my teeth and doing my face. It takes 12 minutes and I have this down to a fine-art!
It's a bit boring - but then heck what exercising isn't (I'm no gym bunny!) and that's the downside, but the upside, is that orgasms have become easier. Am I being selfish by wanting bigger and better orgasms - maybe so, but I am much tighter, and I can even do 10 minutes on kiddie's trampoline - without the embarrassment of a wet patch! So for me this is a real winner.
Husband likes me to practice my exercises WITHOUT the cone...on him, if you see what I mean. Crikey he's fallen in love with me all over again. Best money I've ever spent. Oh and why not 5 stars - we'll when I first got them I fast-tracked to the heaviest weight - it fell out onto my toe and it's still black...not a good sight for summer sandals!

I am 46 and have noticed over the last 4 years that my bladder control has got steadily weaker: urine leak when coughing, laughing, not being able to hang on to go to the loo, sex being a bit uncomfortable in some positions, having to wear a pad all the time- just in case!. Have tried pelvic floor exercises during this time but they seem to have stopped having an effect. It came to a head when I spoke to my doctor who couldn’t offer me any help and was very negative about having surgery. I went away feeling very fed up with the situation and decided to see what I could do myself. I must admit I was very sceptical about the Kegel8 especially with how much it cost but was desperate to try anything!
I have used it about 2 weeks on a 20min programme once a day. I wasn’t quite sure what to do at first and rang the helpline - the woman was really helpful and explained that you have to put up the pulse as high as you can bear it so mine is set around 33 at the minute. She also suggested doing the one hour workout a couple of times a week. I lie on the bed and watch TV at night so it’s quite easy to find the time.
The amazing thing is...IT IS WORKING!!!!! In 2 weeks I can now hang on much longer to go to the loo- have had no leaks- stopped wearing pads. Sex is more comfortable and it feels like my cervix has kind of pulled back up. It really is incredible. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this product which I would not have believed works!!

I’m 32 years old and I've never had children. About six months ago I started to get a little bit of stress incontinence and I felt like I needed the toilet all the time! It’s really been getting me down. Went to see the doctor all they said was do pelvic floor exercises which hasn’t helped at all. I haven't used the cones much but I did use the ultra plus. It's brilliant. No more pads for dribbles lol and climax, well now I can hit the roof, hee hee. Thanks Kegel8.
On a serious note however, I had stopped going out because I was so embarrassed wetting myself when laughing. The last 2 parties that happened to me and I went home and cried. I haven't been out since. I bought a kegel8 and used it every night ceremoniously for about 4 months and haven't had to use it since. In fact I used it so often I need new wires to connect the probe to the machine. My confidence is growing again, I'm hoping to get a new job, meet people and start going out again, this time with the assurance that I can laugh and cough and sing out load without wetting myself. I am 72 years old and have a stage 2 prolapse. The prolapse had become so uncomfortable and in fact I was finding it miserable to even walk around the town or to do housework. A friend recommended the Kegel 8 to me and upon speaking to yourselves I purchased the Kegel 8 Ultra. I have used the Kegel 8 for nearly 8 weeks everyday starting with the M.A's at 28 and now at 37. I cannot believe the difference this has made to my life I have just been abroad for a long holiday and have been able to walk and dance every day. I would fully recommend anyone who is suffering from this horrible feeling of bulging around the vagina to use the Kegel 8 Ultra. It takes just 20 minutes a day to improve life so considerably. I will continue for a further 4 weeks everyday and then every other day for a while eventually just for a couple of times a week thereon. Anyone suffering do not hesitate to try this machine it can make life so much more comfortable and, hopefully, save surgery.

After just a couple of week I already notice an improvement. I have had 2 ops so I know I am weak and need to strengthen. Having leaks is one thing, but when I started having accidents from my bowels I knew I had to do something for myself as I could not face more surgery. Easy to use, would like film instructions but help-line were very good when I telephoned. Like the previous reviewer I wish I had known about this before but I want to be very positive (I thought the surgery would 'cure' my problem - how wrong I was!) to help myself with my own recovery.

I love this product and can't praise it highly enough...I wish every woman knew about Kegal8...I had a hysterectomy 21 years ago and my sex life hasn't been the same since...I didn't feel like a woman, I just felt mutilated. I had a bladder prolapse 4 years ago and had an op for that, and so the muscles became even weaker...I can literally feel the difference since using the machine. I must say that you need to keep using the machine though...I stopped for 3 weeks due to ill health and moving home, and things slackened again, so I am back on the exercises again. I highly recommend this to all women.

This was recommended to me by my physiotherapist after I was diagnosed with a bladder prolapse. I use it in the mornings and I can safely say that after 3 month of daily use, there is definite improvement. The heaviness is not as bad as it was, and I am not leaking as much, although this does vary according to the time of the month. I feel so much better that I am taking control and doing something for me, it has empowered me and I recommend it to you all. Please do not suffer like I have for months on waiting lists. My physio said to me 'Why not try it', you have nothing to lose' and I am so pleased I did. I am hoping that if I continue to improve I can avoid surgery - that is my next goal. I find the wider probe good for me vaginally and I have recently purchased the anal probe too and use it anally after I read that a bladder prolapse can be quickly followed by a rectal prolapse. I try and talk about my condition as much as possible to educate other women- we sisters must spread the word!

Our first daughter was born by forceps delivery, and to be honest, I was left with a lopsided 'undercarriage' which never returned to its former self. Although I've not suffered from stress incontinence, I did notice that I was not as 'sensitive' as I was before. I found the kegal8 site by pure chance and decided to give it a whirl - despite the price. After 3 weeks of daily use of programme 5 then programme 11, both my husband and I have noticed a difference. Still a way to go but this sceptic is becoming increasingly more convinced that the kegal8 is the way forward. We put the kids to bed and I relax in front of the tv with the kegal8 - it's an excuse to sit down and put my feet up after a 16 hour day!
Although we live in Spain, I ordered from the UK by phone - big thank you to Jody for being so helpful.
I would thoroughly recommend the kegal8 ultra plus to every woman - mother or not! There's no squeezing and counting - it does it all for you! If you have young children and work full time, have no time for you or exercise, 45 mins kegal8 on the sofa is great! Especially since you can have a well deserved glass of wine at the same time...

I bought the Tight & Tone to tighten up after the birth of our son in June last year (bout time we got our love-life back on track!) It didn't feel quite the same, so I tried this. Used this now for a few weeks and I am delighted. I have really noticed a difference, I don't go to the loo as much - I have also knocked coffee out of my day too and this has also helped. I have started a yoga class too to strengthen up my core muscles too, i.e. hips, lower abdominals etc. I feel very positive about this and would encourage other women to do the same. I found out that my Mum had a prolapse at 42 followed by a hysterectomy and as I am not getting towards that age I do not want to follow suit. She says that she never felt the same again and never felt like a woman following her op which had terrible complications, so I am determined at all costs to help my body to heal itself.
I've also lost 1/2 stone so far (I am at least 1 1/2 stone overweight) so it has spurred me on to look at my body and decide what I want. I am really, really pleased at the benefits but feel a tinge of sorrow for my Mum who didn't have access to this product 20 years ago or the kind of information that women today have.

I was treated for a rectal prolapse 2 years ago, I had surgery and the results were great, although I found the convalescing to be difficult (I have two under 5's!). I was unable to get physiotherapy on my BUPA healthcare plan, yet an operation was OK…….I didn’t question that at the time….
I have read a lot of information on the US site Wellwoman, which was very helpful, and the forums continue to be a help and inspiration for me. (Forums here Kegel8?? – just an idea)
Six months ago I then developed a bladder prolapse, I have since found out that often a rectocoele and cystocoele happen together, something about the two sides sagging and collapsing. I wish I had started to use a Kegal8 after my surgery I believe that this might have helped me to recuperate better and possibly may have helped strengthen my pelvic floor and to avoid the 2nd prolapse, but I will never know. I am now 1 stone lighter, and working very hard on my core exercises, I do pilates and swim with my boys every weekend, and will do everything I can to help to heal my body. I cannot say how traumatic this has been, the veil of secrecy around these ‘women’s problems’ and the fact that I continue to live this daily. Surgery is so invasive, I know I can say that now, because I had mine and was ok-ish, however I wish that more was available for women like me to help with non-surgical options, I am still left thinking that if I had started physiotherapy earlier, I could have avoided the second prolapse, my physio strongly suspect this is the case. Why is the kegal8 not available on the NHS or in BUPA…….seems strange to me that operations are an option and physiotherapy is not?? I use my kegal8 with the help of a private physiotherapist who is helping me to restore and strengthen what I have left. I am 36. I recommend kegal8 and wish I had discovered it much much sooner.
