I was gutted when I discovered I had a grade 3 prolapse, especially as it was beginning to have an effect on the quality of my life. I love cycling and in particular spin classes, my prolapse was begging to effect this, it was becoming uncomfortable and always left me with that dragging feeling down below after exercise and at the end of the day.
