Your Kegel8 Electronic Pelvic Toner is supplied with 2 years manufacturer's warranty as standard which covers the unit only. For added protection and peace of mind, you can purchase this additional 1 year of cover for your pelvic toner unit, taking your warranty up to 3 years. If your unit becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect within 3 years, we will replace it completely free of charge.

As with the standard 2 year warranty, you are covered for manufacturing defects only to the main pelvic toner unit. This warranty does not cover probes, lead wires, electrode pads or batteries, which will need to be replaced as necessary due to general wear and tear from regular usage.

I’ve been using my Kegel8 pelvic floor strengthener three times a week for the past 10 years, and I honestly couldn’t be without it – it’s a real miracle machine. I purchased this extended warranty back in 2019 and Kegel8 very kindly replaced my old unit. The new unit has the new smiley screen which shows when my muscles are working so for £15.00 I think this has been a valuable investments. I use my Kegel8 pelvic exerciser twice a year for 8 weeks at a time, to myself in shape, following a traumatic delivery and post natal prolapse back in 2018. This machine is a LIFE SAVER.
