Product Description

Maxhim® Prostate Cradle – External Prostate Massager for Prostate Pain, Prostatitis & BPH Support

Support your prostate health naturally with the Maxhim® Prostate Cradle, a non-invasive external prostate massager designed to help relieve prostate pain, reduce congestion, and support comfort associated with prostatitis and enlarged prostate (BPH). Made from body-friendly, medical-grade silicone, it offers a safe, discreet and drug-free solution for men seeking gentle prostate relief at home.

Unlike internal prostate massagers, the Maxhim® Prostate Cradle works externally. Its ergonomic design targets the perineum (the area between the scrotum and anus), using gentle body-weight pressure and controlled rocking motion to stimulate the prostate and pelvic floor muscles. This may help improve circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, and ease pressure naturally.

This is external prostate care made simple, comfortable and discreet. The Maxhim® Prostate Cradle is commonly used for support with:

 • Prostatitis – helping to soothe inflammation and pelvic pain
 • Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) – supporting urinary comfort and flow
 • Prostate Congestion – relieving pressure through improved circulation

Why You’ll Love the Maxhim® Prostate Cradle

 • 100% Non-Invasive Prostate Massager - No insertion required. A comfortable external alternative for men who prefer a natural, non-intrusive approach to prostate massage.
 • Body-Friendly Medical-Grade Silicone - Made from soft, skin-safe silicone that is hygienic, easy to clean and gentle on sensitive areas.
 • Helps Relieve Prostate Pain & Discomfort - Supports relief from pelvic tension, pressure and discomfort linked to prostatitis and prostate congestion.
 • Supports BPH & Urinary Comfort - May help ease symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), including urinary frequency and weak stream.
 • Improves Circulation & Lymphatic Drainage - Gentle perineal stimulation encourages healthy blood flow and drainage, which may help reduce inflammation.
 • Optional Vibration Support for Enhanced Comfort - Can enhance prostate stimulation, help improve blood circulation, and encourage relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles.
 • Easy Home Use - Simple, self-administered design — no training, medication or professional assistance required.

How the External Prostate Massager Works

The Maxhim® Prostate Cradle is designed for seated use on a firm chair or flat surface. Sitting on the cradle allows your body weight to apply targeted pressure to the perineum, stimulating the prostate gland and surrounding pelvic floor muscles safely and effectively.

 • First Use - A mild warming or pressure sensation as circulation begins to increase.
 • Within One Week - Reduced pelvic tension and early relief from prostate congestion or discomfort.
 • After One Month - Many users report fewer flare-ups, less prostate pain, and improved urinary comfort.
 • Ongoing Use - Supports long-term prostate health by maintaining healthy circulation and easing recurring discomfort.

This external prostate massage technique is often used alongside lifestyle changes and professional medical advice for comprehensive prostate support.

How to Use the Maxhim® Prostate Cradle

 1. Place the Prostate Cradle on a firm chair or flat surface.
 2. Insert the vibrating bullet if using vibrating massage.
 3. Sit comfortably on the cradle, positioning it against the perineum.
 4. Gently rock forward and backward, allowing your body weight to apply pressure.
 5. Use for several minutes at a time, once or twice daily, or as comfortable.

Always use within your comfort level and stop use if pain occurs

Support Prostate Health Naturally

With the Maxhim® Prostate Cradle, you’re not just managing symptoms — you’re supporting prostate comfort naturally with a safe, non-invasive external prostate massager made from body-friendly silicone. A calm, discreet and effective way to ease prostate discomfort and restore everyday confidence.

FAQs

Maxhim® Prostate Cradle – Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Maxhim® Prostate Cradle?

The Maxhim® Prostate Cradle is a non-invasive, external prostate and perineal support device designed to provide gentle pressure to the perineum (the area between the scrotum and anus). It is intended to support comfort in men experiencing pelvic discomfort, prostate congestion or urinary symptoms associated with conditions such as prostatitis or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

How does an external prostate massager work?

The prostate gland sits close to the perineal area. Gentle external pressure applied to this region may help stimulate surrounding tissues, encourage local blood flow and support relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles. Clinical discussions around prostate and perineal massage suggest these mechanisms may contribute to reduced pelvic tension and improved comfort for some men when used consistently and gently.

Is prostate massage clinically proven?

Prostate massage has been discussed in medical literature for many years, particularly in relation to chronic prostatitis and pelvic pain syndromes. Some studies and clinical observations suggest it may help relieve symptoms in certain individuals, often as a complementary approach alongside medical care. However, high-quality evidence — especially for external, at-home techniques — is limited, and results can vary between individuals. The Prostate Cradle is designed as a supportive wellness tool, not a medical treatment.

Is the Maxhim® Prostate Cradle safe to use at home?

When used as directed and within personal comfort levels, the Prostate Cradle is designed for safe home use. It is made from medical-grade, body-safe silicone and does not involve internal insertion. Users should always avoid excessive pressure, stop use if pain occurs, and consult a healthcare professional if unsure whether prostate massage is appropriate for their condition.

Who should not use the Prostate Cradle?

You should not use the Prostate Cradle without medical advice if you:

Have acute prostatitis or an active prostate infection
Have been diagnosed with prostate cancer
Experience unexplained or severe pelvic pain
Have recently undergone pelvic or prostate surgery
Always consult a GP or urologist before use if you have an existing prostate condition or concerns.

Can this help with prostatitis?

Some men with chronic prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome report symptom relief with gentle perineal or prostate stimulation. This may relate to reduced pelvic floor tension and improved circulation. However, prostatitis has multiple causes, and prostate massage should be viewed as supportive, not curative, and ideally used alongside professional medical guidance.

Can it help with an enlarged prostate (BPH)?

The Prostate Cradle does not treat or shrink the prostate. However, some men with BPH report improvements in urinary comfort, reduced pelvic pressure or a sense of improved flow when using perineal support techniques. Any persistent urinary symptoms should always be assessed by a healthcare professional.

Does it replace medication or medical treatment?

No. The Maxhim® Prostate Cradle is not a substitute for medical treatment, medication or professional diagnosis. It is intended to support comfort and wellbeing as part of a broader prostate health approach that may include lifestyle changes and medical care.

How often should I use it?

Most users start with short sessions of a few minutes, once or twice daily. Comfort should guide use — more pressure or longer sessions are not necessarily better. Consistency and gentleness are key. If you are under medical supervision, follow your healthcare provider’s advice.

What should I feel when using it?

It’s common to experience a mild sensation of pressure, warmth or relaxation in the pelvic area. You should not experience sharp pain or significant discomfort. If pain occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

What is the optional vibration for?

Vibration is optional and designed to enhance comfort for some users. Gentle vibration may support muscle relaxation and circulation in the pelvic floor. It is not required for effectiveness and should only be used at a comfortable intensity.

How do I clean the Prostate Cradle?

Clean the device before and after use with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Ensure it is fully dry before storage. Proper hygiene supports safe and comfortable use.

Is this discreet?

Yes. The Maxhim® Prostate Cradle is designed for private, at-home use and does not involve internal insertion. Many men choose it specifically for its discreet and non-invasive nature.

Should I talk to my doctor before using it?

Yes — especially if you have ongoing prostate symptoms, pain, urinary changes or a diagnosed condition. A healthcare professional can help you decide whether external perineal support is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Can the Prostate Cradle be used for Hard Flaccid Syndrome? I read that perineal massage can be good for this and my penis is hard and flaccid?
The Maxhim Prostate Cradle is not a treatment for Hard Flaccid - but it may help by reducing pelvic tension if used gently and correctly. However, because HFS is often triggered by pressure, it must be used cautiously—or avoided if symptoms are pressure-sensitive. Men searching for answers to Hard Flaccid Syndrome, often described as a semi-hard penis when flaccid or pelvic floor tension in men, may consider tools like the Maxhim Prostate Cradle. While it is not a treatment for Hard Flaccid, it may help some men by gently supporting circulation and easing pelvic tension when used carefully. However, because Hard Flaccid symptoms are often linked to pressure on the perineum, this type of device should be used cautiously—or avoided if symptoms worsen with sitting or pressure. For a more targeted approach, many men benefit from focusing on pelvic floor re-education and nerve calming, where devices like Kegel8 V For Men can help improve muscle control, encourage relaxation, and support recovery over time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review: MaxHim Prostate Cradle

I’ll admit I was skeptical at first — I honestly didn’t think I’d like this product. But after giving the MaxHim Prostate Cradle a proper try, I was surprised by how effective it is. What really stood out to me is the pain relief it provides. It delivers a deep, soothing pressure that eases tension and discomfort in ways I didn’t expect.
Once I got used to it, it became a regular part of my routine. It’s comfortable, thoughtfully shaped, and feels well-made. The relief it gives makes a noticeable difference — to the point where I genuinely wouldn’t be without it now.
If you’re unsure about trying it, I’d say give it a chance — it might surprise you like it did me.

Prostate massager

I'm making good use of it. I don't have any prostate issues but just doing body care and maintenance. It's definitely a better alternative to a internal massage. It's comfortable and convenient. It's not an uncomfortable feeling and actually feel nice. I've only been using it a few of weeks. I know this is important. I think I'm beginning to see some difference with stronger erections but my urine stream has definitely gotten stronger. It wasn't this strong before I started using the massager even with kegel exercises. I recommend this.

Maxhim Prostate Cradle

Up to present I've only tried this a few times. I've attempted to follow the instructions but I'm struggling to find the 'sweet spot' as it were. I'm determined to persevere with it (especially considering the price) so I'm hoping it does eventually help with BPH as promised, as - for obvious reasons - I cannot return it.

Simple to use yet the ...

Simple to use yet the pain relief is significant. Pain killers just didn't work anymore (after 2 years of regular use) and I could hardly sit down, only to get into a hot bath to relieve the pain. Urination is no longer painful and the urgency to pee = coupled with hesitancy - has totally gone. Have not used with a bullet in place to relax, but the pressure hits the spot perfectly. Didn't think it was possible to feel normal again, but I do now.

Get this one.

Get this one. Before you do, though, learn as much as you can about how to use it - a) Its effects when oriented with pointy end toward the scrotum and vice versa; b) how to effectively attach a vibrating device; how often to use for therapeutic effects, and how often its use causes significant pleasurable effects, and what these are.
This is a Great, Super product, But, Manufacturer/Retailers don't explain its potential uses and their effects. Info supplied isn't "user friendly" at all, and doesn't even support the device's sale-ability all that well.
SOoo, Great device, could be marketed better.

this is best

'm the prostate cradle inventor - a Certified Massage Therapist. I like to hike and can comfortable do so 15 YEARS AFTER reducing my BPH, enlarged prostate gland. Hiking in the mountains is one of my favourite pastimes, but altitude used to severely increase my painful prostate symptoms. If I could urinate, it burned. My bladder felt full all the time, causing me to get up at night, then it was difficult to empty, and there was a constant pelvic pain -- All

Helpful

Used for 5 weeks, takes a while to get the knack but it keeps me from having to get up in the middle of the night and go to the toilet, sometimes more than once. I have found it has also helped with the stream and there is less dribbling..

Gives relief

It does seem to help, like the previous reviewer I use this to help with the pain and discomfort prostatitis. There is a knack to using it, but I would not be without it and I do feel that my symptoms have improved.

Relief for prostatitis

I don't think there is a quick or magic cure for prostatitis. I have suffered with prostatitis for 2 years now, after getting no where with my GP I have sought out alternative treatments for this agonising condition. Yes prostatitis is temporarily relieved by a hot bath but when you are working who can break off to run a hot bath? Not at all helpful I am afraid and no medication helped - the symptoms just kept coming back. I am using this twice a day, with a small heat pad when necessary and it is so far very effective, would recommend it to others because there is little other help out there and conventional medicine seems to be lost. When all other prostatitis treatments have failed try this one - it has worked for me - but sadly not cured it, but at least it is manageable.
