I like the sitz bath. It is easy to use, easy to fill and sits inside my toilet bowl perfectly. I didn't use the 'spray' bidet attachment thing - it is a bit too much of a faff for me. But to have warm water, with the epsom salts dissolved in and soak and clean has been lovely. After my op it was the only way I could wee initially - sorry tor TMI - but it got me over the pain and discomfort. Collapses flat to put away and it goes in my airing cupboard so it is not on public display (we only have a family bathroom - no separate toilet in our flat). Absolutely recommended for any hysterectomy patients!
