Time will tell if this works but I will give it a good try

Good with reservations, it doesn't exercise though so my mistake.

This is not a muscle stimulator, but I found it useful to see how strong I was and to improve on my pelvic floor exercise. If I had know it didn't do the work electronically I probably wouldn't have bought it, but I have non the less found it useful to use and beneficial in rehabilitating my pelvic floor after birth trauma.

Early days

I purchased this product after having borrowed one from my physiotherapist at the hospital to help with a prolapse. I would have liked an easier set up but once its programmed its easy to use and the lights give you a visual as to how hard the pelvic muscles are working. I have only had it a short time so its early days as to whether it will have an impact on the prolapse but it does feel better and I can clearly see from the data that the muscles are working harder.
