Great relief for your swollen, bruised, stitched and painful intimate area post surgery. It comes with sheathes to protect your sensitive skin but freezes so well, (but is still pliable and moulds to shape), I used it on top of my pad and knickers and still got soothing cool relief for a good 45 minutes, worth every penny!

The gel stays pliable, so I can sit on it, unlike other cold pads which can freeze like a block - this is extremely comfortable. Great product, certainly relieves the itch and discomfort, I bought 4 packs. I dont put mine in the deep freezer, I prefer just to have it in the fridge, this level of coldness works better for me.Wouldn't be without one!
