It does the job and reduces the number of pads I require. I just wish it could be a little cheaper.
It has been very effective since I found the right size for me (the biggest one) within a month of usage. However, it seems to cause injury when I sleep with tight underwear or a prolonged erection and irritation when it's squashed between my thighs for too long; so it should be used carefully.
Use this following prostate surgery/ It is easy to use, quick to size properly and the fact it doesn't have the square design of the dribblestop it is not as noticeable under clothing. Highly recommend. Good service from Kegel8.

I was devastated by the way the prostate op had left me totally incontinent, - even though they said it should be temporary - 8 weeks later - no improvement - I had gone from bad to worse. So I was looking for anything that could give me some of my life back. I was very sceptical about this device but it has proved me wrong and has improved my quality of life immeasurably. I still wear a pad cos there still some minor stress pressure leaks. I dont wear it at night when in bed - like to give the are some relief from the pressure.
Just read the instructions and use as per manufacurerer s instructions
Im an active 75 year old. Comapared to wearing pads these are a god send. Maybe I should buy some more pads or use a new clamp and pads as Ive been using the same one for sometime. Still works well but I do interchange/swap round the foam pads every 3 or 4 days.

No sharp edges either compared with other clamps.
If the rigidity of the upper silicone/rubber pad could be improved slightly this would in my opinion Improve the function of this device
I'm pleased I'm trying this clamp, which seems to suit my need; which in my case is mainly while changing a condom type device (worn with a leg bag) to stop a urine dribble and keep everything dry.
When I get back there I shall wear this while on a warm Greek beach.
Only what I have mentioned above just take it easy and you will be fine. It’s take so much of the stress away I am so pleased that I have the clamp
I have used both the Dribblestop and this clamp and this is an excellent design. Both do the same thing, but this design, for me, is more comfortable to use, the foam seems better quality and holds it's firmness (which is necessary for comfort and efficacy). The design too means that it does not show through when worn in lighter coloured trousers, there isn't the sharp corners associated with the boxy squareness of the other penis clamp.
No more accidents and a perfect way to stay dry, drip free and in control.
