I have been using the Ultra 20 for 6 weeks now and the difference it has made to me has been fantastic.

I always made an excuse not to go anywhere because I leaked too much, I hadn't got a clue how to do pelvic exercises, they are so hard to do, but I am getting there. I was anxious about going anywhere because of the leaking. Don't get me wrong, I'm not fixed but after 6 weeks into this and I feel much more confident about going out, I don't worry about having a night out any more - I go and enjoy it.
