After suffering the consequences of a bad birth 30 years I had very poor core strength, I underwent corrective surgery for an unstitched perinium, rectal prolapse and a Bartholin cyst in 2012. Now in 2017 I have just been diagnosed with Diastasis Recti and a I have a feeling that another prolapse is on the way!

I discovered Kegel8 and opted for the Ultra 20 and am now in week 7. It has given me a new lease of life, it has already transformed my internal body back to what I consider almost normal and I estimate that in another 5 or more weeks I will only need the occasional maintenance!

At 60 years old I no longer have that horrible, constand dragging down feeling or pains and aches in my back which I had suffered with for 38 years. By strengthening my pelvic floor it is also addressing my weak body core muscles enabling me to approach core exercises that I have never before able to achieve.

I am well on the way to permanent recovery, even at my time of life!!!
