I regularly use an enema and this is an excellent enema kit. I've compared it to the hot water bottle enema which is OK for beginners especially for the price. However, if you have to use an enema daily like I have to, then this kit has everything you need. It is slightly easier to use, looks better, has a storage bag and it doesn't leak as much as a hot water bottle enema.
