This is an excellent vaginal moisturiser, having suffered from vaginal atrophy for over 2 years this was a life saver. I used to use replens that my doctor had prescribed for me but it would not melt or dissolve as the atrophy was so severe. A dermatologist recommended this for me as it is all natural and will not irritate the skin. The applicator from the replens work great with this as it does not come with an applicator.

I react easily to substances so was anxious about upsetting the skin/ph balance but these have been fine.
I find it's better to use these before going to bed as it gives it more chance to adhere when horizontal!
I find every three days sufficient.I seem to be spending more money on my intimate areas than my face these days! Hope that cheers someone up in my situation and trying to find answers for a more comfortable life!

This is another product recommended in a book about the menopause. I like to use it daily along with other moisturisers specifically for the vagina. It doesn't cure but it certainly helps the soreness.

I have recently been diagnosed with vaginal dryness and for the first time in my life I kept having thrush like symptoms. I had treatment for pre cancer cervical cells and I am now getting perimenopausal symptoms after having a procedure done. I have been given vagifem to use for 3 months by my doctor but I'm not happy to take this long term. I decided to try Yes vm gel and I am using it everyday for the past week. Itching has been a lot less and I hope it will continue to keep thrush like symptoms at bay. I will continue to use this product long term. It does not come with an applicator so I purchased one from somewhere else to use with it.
