Kegel8 Trainer & Vaginal Cones featured on ITV’s This Morning
The phones have been ringing off the hook in the Kegel8 office this week after our Kegel8 Vaginal Cones and Kegel8 Trainer were featured on ITV1’s This Morning with Dr Chris Steele as brilliant ways to strengthen your pelvic floor.
Dr Chris Steele, alongside Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby pointed out the importance of a strong pelvic floor as part of a satisfying love life (for both you and your partner), and Holly talked about how we are all told to do pelvic floor exercises when we are pregnant and after giving birth. Dr Chris then went on to say how often, after giving birth “you don’t get full instructions from a lot of professionals” as to how to do your pelvic floor exercises – and that’s where devices like the Kegel8 Cones and Kegel8 Trainer come in.
Our Kegel8 Vaginal Cones were praised because not only are they a weight, to add resistance to your pelvic floor exercises, but they also tell you whether you are exercising the right muscles – Dr Chris Steele said “as you tighten them up [the muscles]… the wand moves up”. Kegel8 Cones are priced at just £29.99.
Dr Chris, alongside a volunteer who gave birth just 16 weeks ago, then demonstrated the Kegel8 Trainer, showing how “the screen gives you full instructions” and how “it tells you how strong your pelvic muscles are”. The volunteer said how it was “really easy to use” and how “it actually speaks to you!” Kegel8 Trainer is priced at £79.99.
