Prolapse - Tell Us And Help Others
Prolapse can be devastating for many women. If you have one (or think you do) we'd really like you to help us help other women. We're a big information hub when it comes to pelvic health and hearing real life stories will help in two ways.
Firstly we can develop our products to suit your needs and secondly it will help other women realise that they are not alone. We'd really like to hear about your experience with prolapse; whether you are living with a prolapse, have had a prolapse in the past, have had prolapse surgery, Anything that we can share here will be a real benefit to our Kegel8 community.
If you are a Kegel8 follower, you will know that we're huge advocates for women's health and we're firm believers in helping women to help themselves. One of the more severe side effects of a weak pelvic floor is pelvic organ prolapse, where the pelvic organs 'move' from their normal place and descend, either into the vagina or the rectum.
Pelvic floor exercise is recommended as a first-line treatment for pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and our Kegel8 Ultra 20 pelvic toner features 20 clinically approved programmes, including 2 especially designed to help you to manage your prolapse and prevent it from getting worse.
Currently prolapse affects 1 in every 2 women over 50 years of age. Sometimes women suffer with more than one prolapse, and many women suffer in silence.
If You Have A Prolapse - We Need Your Help
By answering just 3 questions you can help us to help other women. Tell us your experience of pelvic organ prolapse. You don't even have to tell us your name if you don't want to - you can be totally anonymous. With the stories we receive we'll build a prolapse help page on our website - a place where women can go and read your stories to help them identify symptoms, make treatment choices and be reassured they are not alone.
