I have recently started using gold probe. Struggled at first but now I have it correctly inserted able to use walking around without any discomfort I use programme 2. Up to 60 currently. Pop it in, power unit in pocket and carry on with my usual routine.

I admit to having my doubts when I made this purchase but I am so happy I went ahead. it is changing my life and giving me some confidence back. To be able to sneeze couch and laugh without leakage is great. Sex was just amazing again for both of us. lf you go ahead with the purchase do make sure you take the time to use it I used programme 8 which is an hour and used it while watching the tv. I could only do once a day and not 2 like it recommends but it still works. The only thing I would have liked in the instruction booklet was more informatio on what each programme done. I googled them and found a list so I am now able to choose the programme to use. When I first used it it was very loose and I would have to sit really still but now its just perfect. Use the highest setting you can stand you will feel your pelvic mucsels working.

I'm very happy with my purchase - I wish I'd known about this years ago although I'm unsure how long they've been on the market. Don't hesitate to get one yourself if you're dithering - the benefits are obvious very quickly and are far and away more effective than kegel exercises done without this amazing gadget.

Before using kegel8 I had very weak pelvic muscles that I could not even do pelvic exercises without any aid. They were so weak.
With kegel8, it has made it very easy for me to do. I have better control of the muscles . In terms of my sex life, it is great. I and my man feel something down there lol. I saw an improvement within two to three weeks of use. I am happy I invested in it.

Been asked for my review but only been using it for a fortnight I found it very easy to use and already am feeling some benefit whether this is physiological I don't know but shall continue and give a review after 12 weeks

Have been doing kegal 8 exercises for seven weeks unfortunately gone reverse instead forward .read other reviews and fatigue could be the cause ,never leaked I brought kegal 8 tight tone just to strengthen pelvic floor for the future I'm 50 this year ,I felt disheartened but started to do again and hopefully will get there .

Age 52, 1 vaginal birth. 12 weeks after buying K8 in January, used it daily on Prog 3 for about 2 months then started on every other day cos i noticed pelvic floor weakening slightly. Every other day or even 3 seems to maintain. I still do squats but avoid leg raises as I know this is not good for pelvic floor. Have to fiddle and position probe to make sure i get the pulling sensation as opposed to the prickling (horrid sensation). I had not seen my partner since buying it and he definitely noticed a difference. Tighter. Me....i was able to run for a bus, laugh, sneeze etc without leaking. BUT....those days with boyfriend mentioned above were very stressful, hardly slept and worried lots and only did K8 3 x in 9 days I noticed leaking returning if I laughed spontaneously.....So I am going to keep on with it every other day. Look after yourselves ladies! x

Have been using my tight and tone for just over a week because of very early shifts for work only can do once in the evening , I was so dubious that I would not feel anything would be a waste of money ,can defernaterly feel it contracting the pelvic floor so pleased ,will continue and do another review say how I'm getting on . My mother as she has got older suffering terrible with urge and frequency so that's why I purchased tight tone also two births being cut etc made sensation not as good ,just in this short time can pull in pelvic floor and hold could not do before , think most important to keep at it perseverance,I'm not a person that's sits still so for me programe 8 (hour ) was really hard but now do chores ,20 mins programme go quickly . I made the best decision of my life recently by purchasing the Tight & Tone Electronic Pelvic Toner.
I also purchased the Kegel8 BioFeedback Pelvic Trainer. I purchased both of these products because I wanted the BioFeedback Trainer to know my vaginas "squeeze scale strength" and to be able to monitor my progress whilst using the Electronic Toner.
I purchased these because of my feeling "loose" down there.
I had an ex boyfriend tell me once that I was loose. It absolutely destroyed my self confidence. I'd think about it all the time during sex, and always fear my current partner just "wasn't feeling it". Occasionally my partner just couldnt at all reach climax during sex with me, although he'd always give some excuse about his day, I'd always secretly feel like it was me and that it just wasn't tight enough.

I wasn't surprised.. Indeed I had my validation that it was true, I was indeed on the weakest scale downstairs. :( at the age of 27, no kids, it kinda destroys your confidence.

Since that first day with both my new Kegel8 products, I've used my Tight & Tone Electronic Pelvic Trainer religiously, every single day, for nearly the past 6 weeks now (mainly on Program8- Pelvic Floor Workout (60min) just once a day, for those interested)
I'd break up my routine every so often, when I only had time for a shorter session I would use the Program9-Building up Endurance (20min), maybe one in the morning and one at night, or throw in a different program on other days to mix things up a bit.

It hasnt even quite been 6 weeks yet of me using this Electonic Pelvic Toner every day... and my squeeze scale on the BioFeedback trainer has jumped from a 3..wait for it.... All the way up to a 7!!! (as described in the manual if your squeeze scale is 7-8- "Well Done! At this point of the squeeze scale you'll feel really toned and confident.. your partner would have certainly noticed a difference in the bedroom too!")

I can very strongly feel the difference the electronic toner has been making for me. I can squeeze and hold so so much stronger and longer than I was ever able to previously. This thing is locating my muscles and clenching them up so good and it is making them stronger every day, with absolutely no effort on my part. Using it doesnt hurt at all, but you can certainly feel it clenching your muscles. I'm using the Glide Gold probe.

Sorry if this part is too much info, but my partner has noticed the difference in me too (and I havent told him about my secret Kegel8 weapon). I am 33 years old and have had no children but as the years have past I have became a lot "looser" when aroused. This is so humiliating as both myself and former sexual partners do not feel the sensation we should. If you are able to you will find our helpline will be able to assist you. The looseness you are feeling is a common problem that many women report, a few simple changes and regular exercise will help.
