Below are some of the most frequent questions that arise when we initially speak to our customers before helping them on their journey to a stronger pelvic floor.
Kegel8 are a UK based business with a passion for not only our range of medically certified pelvic toners, but for excellent service, support and advice, we work hard to be at the heart of pelvic health and to emphasise the positive health implications of a strong pelvic floor. Not only do we sell solutions, we always offer ideas for management, support and further help.
Stephanie Taylor, the owner and MD of Kegel8, journey into pelvic health began with the birth of her son, which sparked her curiosity about the pelvic floor. As she delved into extensive research, she realized how much work was required to restore her body to its pre-childbirth condition. During this process, she came across a product commonly used in clinics and began to wonder why similar devices weren’t readily available for home use. This insight became her lightbulb moment, leading to the creation of Kegel8 in 2004. Twenty years later Kegel8 is now a thriving UK based company which has helped thousands of females, and males, strengthen their pelvic floors.
There are several pelvic toner devices that Kegel8 offer that are primarily aimed at women but we do also stock a device specifically for males, the Kegel8 V For Men Pelvic Toner
Pelvic exercisers, like the ones we offer at Kegel8, use gentle electrical stimulation to activate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles automatically. These devices send targeted signals to the muscles, causing them to contract and relax, mimicking the natural movement of a kegel exercise. This approach is particularly effective for those who find it difficult to isolate their pelvic floor muscles or need extra support to rebuild strength. Whether you're recovering after childbirth, managing bladder control issues, or simply maintaining pelvic health, a pelvic exerciser provides an easy and effective way to take control of your pelvic floor fitness from the comfort of your own home.
