If you are very unfit or have hardly done any exercise before this would be a very handy guide. Great basic exercises. Excellent clear information. So many don't do's . However if like me you've led a very active life, this does not offer hope nor guidance. Is it really just very simple Pilates or very gentle exercise from now on? Lord I hope not.

Easy to follow and packed full of valuable information for anyone with a prolapse. I had a personal trainer who was trying to get me to do sit ups and I knew it didn't feel right. I feel I have such a better knowledge of how to handle my prolapse and how to keep my body strong after reading this book.
