Clean using Kegel8 Cleaning Spray and pat or air dry. Can be cleaned with warm soapy water (do not sterilise). Chemicals will erode gold plating and invalidate warranty.

Eligibility for VAT Relief

It’s important to note that VAT exemption does NOT apply to individuals who are only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as those with a broken limb, or frail elderly persons who are otherwise able-bodied.
Proof of Disability
In order to be exempt from VAT, the government requires a simple declaration of the nature of one’s disability at the time of ordering. No proof of the disability needs to be provided to any party. I find the order information page lacking in information. When you click on the 'Kegel8 ultra 20' it does not provide a picture of the probe at all - let alone to estimate the width. Also, it automatically provides the gold vaginal probe - not even suggesting there are other probes & sizes to choose from. I felt pressured into choosing quickly as to not miss out on the 20% Easter discount.
Pleasant side effect after 3 days (using both vaginal probe & tibial nerve stimulation with electrode pads): more frequent & easier bowel movements.
