What did Kegel8 mums think?

Charlotte - "I did a postnatal physio-led course which was brilliant, however I felt I need more and couldn't engage my pelvic floor like I thought I should. I was recommended Kegel8 and had heard good things and they're not wrong. Within 4 weeks I felt a real difference and it was amazing how it just clicked. No more postnatal leaks and I got my mojo back!"

What to buy for… fitness mums

For those mums who just want to jump straight back into it, try something to boost that motivation.

The pelvic floor should be a key target area for ALL mums, so what better gift for an athletic mum than an inspirational workout DVD. Physiotherapist, Michelle Kenway, has a range of fitness-focused programmes available on Kegel8, including:

Advice from Kegel8 mums:

Roz - "Excellent exercises. The addition of the resistance band is a great idea and had really helped with my squeezing exercises. Michelle Kenway is very engaging and her tips and motivational points have really helped me. I got the DVD because it makes me set time aside to do my pelvic floor strengthening exercises."

Top Tip from a Kegel8 mum:

Tracy - "Arrange play days with friends for a couple of hours at least. Drop them off and then back home, do a load of washing and then its 'me' time with my Kegel8."

What to buy for… older mums

As your mum grows older, it can be hard to find her something that she really needs. Instead, you can try getting her something that her body needs.

As we get older, we lose collagen. This protein is essential in maintaining the strength and flexibility of our pelvic floor muscles. To help your mum keep fit from the inside out, try surprising her with a supplement pack, such as the Kegel8 Pelvic Floor Exercise & Strengthening Supplement Pack.

For those mums who can’t keep their nose out of a book, Kegel8 can help with gift inspiration.

Mrs V - This Should be Given to All Mothers!

"This is a great machine for strengthening pelvic floor muscles and preventing leaks. However, it didn't make me noticeably tighter down there. If you have split stomach muscles (diastasis recti) from pregnancy, labour or strenuous exercise you need to bring the gap together again with exercises. I have tried all the different programmes on this machine maticuously over two years and the front wall of the vagina can only strengthen from careful exercises to the core muscles particularly the transverse abdominus muscle. This will make you tight again.

Nikki - Excellent!

"I was skeptical at first, but oh my days. It works. Even within a few days use I noticed the differences.

I use mine for OAB, hopefully no more pads. Which are expensive and always ongoing. Where as with the Kegel8 Ultra 20, it is expensive but definitely pays for its self in the long term. Thank you "
