I wonder why I took so long for me to do something about the problem I had with leaking. It had got to the stage that even going downstairs I would leak and when the lift at work broke I was goind down 3 flights of stairs and I could feel the leaks onvirtually every one. It is early days but I am extremely positive that I will continue to see results as I feel a slight improvement already. I knew I needed something to tighten me up, but I hadn't realised that there was something like this available! Yes you do have to use it regularly, but for someone like me who goes to the gym, walks the dog, it just becomes part of my routine. I now use it 2/3 times a week. Bought this after recommendation from GP, for stress incontinence. Have been using it daily / twice daily for 2 weeks, and can tell the difference, no more little leaks already.
It is convenient and quite discrete to use in the house. Prefer to be lying down, but have used it whilst walking round too. Have used the stress setting which SATs 20 minutes, and the full pre menopause work out, which lasts45.
A strange sensation, and am a bit wary as to which setting I should use for mA, but the program's are self explanatory. You need the gel, a small sample is provided, but you will need to buy more quite soon, of what ever brand you prefer.
Really glad I bought it, and wish I'd bought one earlier. They should be recommended to all new mums.

After having children over 30 years ago, my then husband made a comment about the doc putting in a couple of extra stitches down there (after having an epesiotomy) This comment has always stuck with me but no other partner had ever commented until now. I have never sufferd from incontinence so I always assumed I didn't have a problem. Seems you don't have to suffer from leakage or have any symptons when you have weak pelvic floor muscles. I could never sustain the manual exercises so i am thrilled to find the Kegel 8, I have been using it for just over a week and am feeling the results. I need to mix up the programs a bit to get the full benifits.

I was referred to gynae-physio by my GP due to a weak pelvic floor and prolapse and as well as being shown how to do pelvic floor exercises I was lent a toner for a short time. A year later, although continuing with the exercises (but maybe not as frequently as I should have) I felt the need for some assistance so took the plunge and bought a Kegal8 Ultra. I came home from a physical about 6 weeks ago with a pamphlet from my doctor saying that I would need surgery if I didn't start doing my Kegel exercises. After having three "big" baby boys about 20 years ago - the signal to my brain to control the pelvic floor muscles had shut down. Was having a hard time locating them. I have MS and was referred to the incontinence clinic. I had one on trial for 6 months and it was great. I bought my own because i need it every so often, particularly after I have been on holiday and become a bit lax. It is a great help but I would recommend anyone in my situation who is unsure to get their GP to refer them to the incontinence clinic and the nurse can advise which one to chose for your own particular complaint.

since now being in my 40's things start to change and I was getting to the point that I was leaking and needing the toilet all the time, wasn't sure if I was doing the pelvic floor exercises correctly. I was to embarrassed to go to see my GP and the situation was getting worse so I decided enough is enough I will have to try and do something about it myself before going down the GP / operation root so I looked up prolapse and found this web site, watched the video and decided to buy the Kegel8 Ultra, I used it on the first evening it arrived, I felt a bit different the next day and I have used it every day since and have noticed a dramatic change, I don't need the toilet as much and the leaking is less and less. This product is well worth the money and I was so pleased I bought the product when I did and started using it as I had a weekend away and you know what it is like travelling in a coach for hours on end that I was able to hold everything in for a number of hours before able to have pit stop with no leaking, so go on ladies you need to buy this product as it will definitely help and I will continue to use it every day as long as I need too and this will also help when I have up and coming weekends away.

Having had M.E from 19 years old to 34 years old my muscles were in bad shape all round now I have recovered from the M.E I was left with a shell of a body. I didnt realise quite how this had affected me sex wise until a few partners later i began to wonder why they couldnt maintain an erection inside me - it really upset me despite their reassurances it wasnt me. Too coincidental for my liking. I tried to do the pelvic floor thing but didnt know if I was doing it right and it was actually uncomftable anyway so I bought the kegel balls - these didnt work for me personally. At last I fell in love only to find the same thing happen with this partner :-( Distressed and desperate I would have tried anything and one night did a flash in pan decision to pay out the hundred quid and try it - nothing to lose. After only 2 weeks I felt different when weeing, didnt leak when laugh/cough/sneeze. Following children, my problem was leakage when sneezing, jumping or busting! This was fixed with three uses! I am guessing that it needs to be maintained and as the gadget is really easy to use this should not be a problem. Its a bit uncomfortable, but definitely worth it!
