Wondering Which Probe is Right For You?

It can be difficult to know which probe is right for you, which is why we have created this easy guide to choosing the right probe for youHere at Kegel8 we know that one size does not fit all, so we offer you a range of different vaginal and anal probes, but how do you know which one to choose? Read on for more information...

Vaginal Probes

We have a selection of vaginal probes, so that you can find the one that suits your body best, but we would like to share our top two best sellers with you:

Best Probes for Prolapse and Low Cervix

When you suffer with a prolapse or low cervix, it can make inserting a probe a bit more difficult.

 Best Probes for Vaginal Asymmetry

Asymmetry is when you have little or no sensation to one side of the vaginal wall and you want to use two channels to stimulate the pelvic floor at two different intensities.

Best Probes for Vaginal Dryness (Atrophy) & Vaginismus

Vaginal atrophy or vaginal dryness is an inflammation of the vagina, due to thinning and shrinking of the tissues, as well as decreased lubrication, caused by the lack of estrogen being produced.

Vaginismus is a condition that affects a woman's ability to engage in vaginal penetration, including inserting tampons, sexual and manual penetration.

Best Probes for Nickel Allergy

If you are one of the 10% of people in the UK that suffer with a nickel intolerance these top two best-selling probes are the ones for you:

Wider Probes

Sometimes when your pelvic floor is very weak it can be difficult for the probe to stay in place. These are our top two best-selling probes for ladies needing something a bit wider and the Kegel8 Glide Gold Probe is ideal for comfortable use in a seated position:

 Anal Probes

We offer a variety of anal probes in a range of shapes and sizes so you can find one suitable for you, below are our top two best sellers. The Anulax (pictured on the left) is good for stimulating the anal sphincter muscle in case of leakage, however, the Perisphera (pictured on the right) has been reported by both men and women to be much more comfortable and effective for strengthening the pelvic floor when used anally compared with the Anulax.

    Hi Kate,

I would recommend the Kegel8 Ultra 20 electronic pelvic toner. This is our newest more advanced unit that‘s based on all the latest clinical information. It can be used with the internal nickel free probe or the outer skin electrodes. It has programs to cover the incontinence and general pelvic floor weakness and would need to be used once per day every day for around 3-4 months.

If you give our customer service team a call on 01482 496932 we can discuss this in more detail with you.
